Ladapo has been released maybe get a late late announcement 😂 If he has been released it makes him a free agent (??) So he can be signed after the window has closed. Or have I got that wrong 🤔

Especially as 6 loans means 1 cannot feature. Wont be a problem till halfway to the next window you would think with injuries. Bit like last season.

Freddie Ladapo has just been released by Ipswich... Guess that would make him a free agent so could sign outside of the window? Can he play central defence though..

We can still sign more loan players. Can only have 5 in matchday squad though. And I dont expect us to sign anyone. Oh really I didn’t know that. Could be an option then We had 6 last autumn, went for another when one of them (all of them??) had long term injury.

I have mentioned before - our only current international player is Jacob Mendy for Gambia McClean hasnt been called up by RoI and by all accounts is retired from International duty. Mullin misses out again for the Wales squad - probably due to his recent surgery and I am sure Bellamy is keeping tabs on him We dont have any U21 players of note So no, game on, 3pm Saturday Mad to think that Wrexham currently don’t have any Welsh U21 internationals, I’m sure they always used to have a good number of them, but this is probably going back 20 years ago. As did Town

I'm convinced I have a bad chest from years of passive smoking , used to cough terrible the morning after a smoky night in a pub , never have once since it was banned , Don't have a problem with those smoking cigs outside , however I kind of get annoyed at times having to share someone's smelly vape whether I like it or not I've now got COPD even though I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. I put that down to passive smoking. A friend of my wifes has COPD too. She has never smoked either nor spent any significant time in pubs or clubs.

ITS OUTSIDE! Complete madness. I get it in stadiums as you are forced to be close to people but in beer gardens etc its completely optional how close you are to a smoker. I agree. And as a non smoker myself I dont see that it's an issue when you are outside. Absolutely bonkers.

I didn't realise that Hoole will be eligible for the Wales U21s squad until the summer of 2025 - I'd be surprised if we weren't looking to get cover for him beyond Morgan Feeney (who looks to be our best centre back at the moment) and Winchester (who is our only holding midfielder with Rossiter out). Josh Emmanuel is still available on a free, but I guess that Paul Hurst knows better than anyone whether he would be worth a punt. I guess free agents like Emmanual (& Nolan) can be signed on a short term contract like a month or two to prove themselves ??

Well if Hoole and Pierre are not available would it be such a big issue?
Plenty on here are blaming them for the goal we keep letting in.

Hmmm so Starmer reduces the tax a little from the smoking fraternity. Wonder where else he is going to make up the revenue from the taxation.
He has clobbered the pensioners already, now this.
I'm a non smoker but smoking outside has never really been an issue with anyone close to where I am.
Never wanted the clown to be in charge of the country, but now he is he is showing just what an idiot he is.

Only pet I'd go for is a dog, nothing else.
Had 2 dogs over my 40 odd years of moving away from parents. Not had anything for the last 10 years or so, too restricting when we like to travel abroad for breaks (would cost a fortune in kennel fees). Would probably have another small dog if we ever got that we couldnt fly for any reason.

Am I the only one who never found Last of the Summer Wine (& Dads Army) funny?
If it was on I used to sit there wondering if I would ever find anything to laugh about through the whole programme.

Nurse is left sided and will surely be eased into things. Nurse needs easing in gently tbh, one more long term injury and its bye bye pro career I'd guess. Cant see him starting or playing a full game for several weeks yet. And he wont be back to his best possibly till around Christmas (if at all). Sorry if it sound pessimistic but he has been out for 24 months and will understandably be quite nervous about it all.

The aforementioned motorway middle lane hoggers really windy me up - don't realise they are taking up two lanes of the motorway!! Well they are not taking up two lanes really, there is still room to pass on the inside of them. Yes I know, but it happens more and more these days. Do it slowly as you go past their front window and you can give them the finger as you go past.

Footnote - saw a BMW who has obviously paid the extra for indicators today. Made such a difference that everyone else in the vicinity actually knew which turn off they were taking off the island. Well done that driver.

For example the likes of myself, Northwestman and Grizzly used to enjoy dissecting the manager’s thoughts over a continental lager whilst tightly packed into a pub awaiting the 5:30 Premiership kick-off. Not me I dont think. Getting me confused with someone else.

Another vote from me for Carrott, and Mrs Browns Boys (about the only thing I find funny on TV these days).
I'd also add Only Fools and Horses, and Till Deafh Us Do Part. Some great clips of both on Utube.

Booking a holiday. It doesn't matter if it's a bucket list one or just a few days away, it always gives us a boost especially if it's booked in the middle of Winter when it's just miserable outside. Yep, most of my holidays and breaks are during the crap weather autumn to spring months. A few days of blue skies and a bit of sunshine brightens the mood no end. 2024 has been just so particularly dull, cloudy and rainy. Worse than most other years.

Think it would be the first time a Welsh club has qualified for the group stages.
Same for Larne in Northern Ireland too. A goal behind going into the home leg against a Gibraltar side, surely got a decent chance of overturning it you would think.

First Leo we have had since Leo Fortune-West who was also on loan. His final game was another Wembley defeat in the 1996 L2 Play off Final against Bristol Rovers. 2007 😉
