I’m complaining about lack of safety rails. Any chance the club could provide some excellent ones?!! I asked about those last December, you got the answer, they are far too expensive, they are not a requirement either, bring it up with the new owner I say, he might have silly money to burn Apparently same was said about additional lifeboats on the Titanic, and we are sinking just as quick….

Apologies for the delay in coming back to this- I have been busy The refresh in the Sovereign will enable the club to sell the space for more corporate and personal events, and should pay for itself in the short term as a result, and lead to increased revenue to support the playing budget Carpet was gone, club had complaints - new one is excellent I’m complaining about lack of safety rails. Any chance the club could provide some excellent ones?!! It will only take one insurance claim ……

This railing debate is 17 years too late , just shows how desperate some fans are to moan about something despite the urgent ongoing efforts the club are making to sell

Untrue. I have been muttering about this lack ever since I first realised I needed to use them which is a good few years now.
It’s only recently that we’ve been asked for thoughts and my friend had a stumble that I’ve thought it’s time I should highlight it in case there is a serious accident.

A suitable resolution, not just sweeping the issue under the Axminster, might save the club defending a large insurance claim, and save pain and suffering to a valuable fan.

I am tenacious I’m afraid. I recently had two weeks going backwards and forwards between my oncologist and my doctor trying to get my prescription changed after the oncologist altered my pills. A lot of hassle and worry but I got it sorted in the end!
People matter and the club really do need to accept this. I learned this valuable lesson just after moving to Shropshire in 1983. The farmer next door was running his farm and renovating the farmhouse which had been completely gutted. He was busy there one afternoon when we stopped to say hallo. I said that we wouldn’t stop him getting on and his reply was that if he couldn’t stop and spend time with people then he might as well be dead. It really made me think and re-evaluate myself.

That’s good enough. Just something to hold on to.

That’s good enough. Just something to hold on to. 'Ooow Matron, take them away"
To be honest they look like i'd walk straight into them, causing severe pain in the upper leg area - Mr Clumsy..
