Hope not. Why would he go to another League 1 club anyway?

No disrespect to them but, if he's going, he's surely going higher than that.

No chance.
He's only going to move to a Championship club at the absolute minimum.
I'm expecting £1 million fee for Goldson to leave and I can't see Bradford splashing that much.

the amount said on Twitter is £400,000 - £500,000 which seems low compared to what Leeds were supposelly knocked back for.
Whether true or not, wonder if clubs are trying their luck with us because we've gone public many times about finances being tight.

It was clearly high enough to put Leeds off who you'd think would have more of a transfer budget to play with than Bradford. Enough to totally put Leeds off too, as I see Rosler said yesterday they are done transfer wise for the summer.

Why would Connor go to a club where you have to get changed in a henhouse?

Don't think he will be moving with his squad number as a #HASHTAG, squad photo today, as said before Leeds offer rejected and as a couple of mates I know who are Bradford fans up north say there club are being linked with so many CB's in the football league so I will take this as 100% BS

Serious question- does Goldson even want to move or being reluctantly marketed?

Serious question- does Goldson even want to move or being reluctantly marketed? He is probably aware that he is one of the clubs marketable players, and should be proud of that. I think if Telford come in for him, then he would be reluctant to move, but on the other hand if a big club come in for him, he would and should weigh up his options and will want to move if he is gonna get serious game time and further his career

They haven't publicly kicked off or tried to push through a move in a dirty fashion like Ginnelly. I just wonder whether Goldson isn't too bothered about moving to a bigger club and is content to stay for the time being?

On a Swindon Town phone in tonight their Chairman furious that their £175K + player offer was described as 'derisory' by MW.
Worrying for Swindon that the guy holding their purse-strings is so naive when it comes to player evaluation.

Non-story. Swindon don't have a player that would make up the difference from £175K and why would Connor go there anyway ?

175k plus Storey?
Well done Matt Williams for telling them where to go.
Great ambition being shown by the club to keep hold of both Woods and Goldson, I certainly expected one of them to be gone by now.
If they both left at the end of their contracts, surely a tribunal would take into account the bids we have already rejected to give a fair value for a player?

Well I think Ginnelly and his agent have acted in a disrespectful fashion towards a club that has developed him. I don't think any of us have a problem with him wanting to move to a bigger club but given his circumstance he should have kept the football club informed rather than just do a disappearing act. According to MM and MW they constantly tried to get hold of him and his agent but they avoided any form of conversation surrounding what was going on. I feel at the very least they should have spoken to the club about what was going on. I think we at least deserve that after everything the club has done for him. I have a feeling however that this may all backfire massively on Ginnelly if he fails to break into Burnley's first team. Should he fall out of contract reputations like this follow you around...

You choose to ignore the fact that both Goldson and Woods were in similar situations and continued negotiations in a civilised fashion and, unlike Ginnelly and his agent, did not behave like spoiled brats.

If Matt Williams described it as derisory then I'm amazed he's managed to keep it that clean!
