She was a child, she's been through unimagineable horror, she's very likely guilty of some dreadful crimes and should face justice in this country, even though its quite an uncomfortable position to argue for her return to the UK.

Is it? did we not go to war? what did you think was going to happen we would shoot ever Isis member? I don't remember one war where there was no prisoners and people got tried for there crimes? I think your forgetting that she's a threat a long way away, is Putin not a threat hundreds of miles away? she is in our prison for 20 to 30 years she not a problem? putin is becoming less of a threat by the day I doubt those bordering with him think the same. Ukraine, Moldova, Poland etc

Can see both points of view, its a tricky one. I guess what sways it for a lot of people is that at first she neither showed nor voiced any remorse and so anything now is just seen as a well staged act to try and get herself back to the UK. And whilst she may have been a child when she left, ISIS weren't shy about what they were up to and what they were about. Even at that age you know what you are getting into as you know right from wrong when it comes to burning people alive in cages (and there was more besides). I think the chap who wrote this article has come in for a bit a flack regarding the podcast he put together and I think its pretty clear where he stands on whether she should be allowed to return or not but even so, no matter where you stand on things I think this is worth a read... Asylum claims for 12,000 to be considered without face-to-face interview www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-64736123So a short survey will now get you into the U.K. and of course they’ll all be completely honest when filling that in… Has to be completed in 20 days in Engish, there will be people selling a "we fill your form in for you" service.

I doubt those bordering with him think the same. Ukraine, Moldova, Poland etc i can't speak for people i don't know anything about and wouldn't attempt to , it was just my opinion of putin That's fair enough, it might've been better to state that, seemed very matter of fact. The fact he's ripped up the last nuclear deterrent and is hell bent on smashing Ukraine to bits, in my opinion I can't agree he's less of threat daily.

I thought like that 11 months ago but after a debate on Talk radio and 5 live balance i know, shocking! I was convinced that bring her home lock her up is the safest place for her. Quite sad to thing that she's somebodies else problem, remember she was that far away before and more of a threat. Are you one of these that think that no war is not our problem including Ukraine? Well I don’t think she should be our problem. I’m normally quite liberal in many matters, but I believe she is an intelligent woman who knew exactly what she was doing, and went to live and support an organisation effectively at war with us. She made her bed, and now must lie in it. She was a child when she went over there with two school friends. Her sister hoped they had gone over to bring back a friend already out there. Ten days later she was married, athough only 15. Does that sound like the actions of an inteligent woman who knew exactly what she was doing?
