If Threater Gloomberg forms your opinions and twangs your heart strings then more fool you. An auxiliary to the propoganda.

Oh, dear God, the state of this. Where did you and your 10 posts suddenly appear from anyway? I watched a couple of minutes and wanted to bleach my eyes and ears.
Makes infowars look well balanced.
The idiotic posting persuaded me the video wasn't worth any of my time.

Check out your own venerated Jeremy Corbyns' brother for someone who debunks the balderdash.

Jeremy Corbyn's brother a "climate denier", and by extension a hate mongerer and "fascist" 😃

Check out your own venerated Jeremy Corbyns' brother for someone who debunks the balderdash. As much as it pains me to answer the likes of you I feel that I have to point out that Piers Corbyn is in the 1% of climate denying scientists. He actually has degrees in Physics and Astrophysics, nothing in anything regarding Meteororlogy and yet he claims to be a weather forecaster.
'He considers past weather patterns and solar observations and sun-earth magnetic connectivity. Conventional meteorology claims that such influences cause minimal impact on the Earth's atmosphere. Corbyn has declined to publish the details of his method.'
'It is unusual for most of the detail to be completely correct, but equally it is rare for nearly everything to be wrong.'
Basically he just a poor mans David Icke with a weather fetish.
Thanks for your input on the thread, but isn't it time to take the meds and put your tinfoil hat back on.

She reads a script you fool She may well read a script but it’s a script written by climatologists and scientists, rather than the script you read from written by donald trump. I for one pray for the sake of my kids and grandkids that she is wrong, but frankly I don’t think it’s worth the gamble.

I think a concern with kids taking time off is who else is down there looking to bend their ear. We're bound to have all sorts of s**testers out there looking to piggy back on the environmental issue in order to push their political agenda. I think if I saw my kid at some gathering with the hammer and sickle on display they wouldn't be there again. People will take advantage, that's a concern. I just hope efforts are taken to keep the nutters well away from the kids. And as for Thunberg, I just worry about what she is putting herself through. I think she mentioned only this week about her childhood being stolen? And when I see her... I do wonder about her mental health. She is putting herself through an awful lot at such a young age, she looks under an incredible amount of pressure. She looks angry and she looks scared. Not really comfortable seeing some kid put through that to be honest. Something needs to be done for sure by my understanding is that things are being done. Perhaps not at the speed that some would like but surely we should all appreciate that this needs to be managed with care and consideration. Its going to have a huge impact on the economy or? Meaning peoples jobs and livelihoods. That's not to be taken lightly. You mention the impact on the economy and on peoples jobs and livelihoods and I completely agree that there will be impacts. These don't have to be negative impacts though.
Sure. If it is managed correctly thought, right? This could mean a significant change to the economy and it needs to be managed with due care and consideration. And that is my point. It's not going to happen overnight. It will take time. As for Thunberg; people are right to be concerned, people are right to demand action, people are right to demand change...but she looks an emotional wreck. She looks scared s**tless. And at what age? Like I say, I'm not really comfortable seeing some kid put through that.

"The European Union is set to spend an extra three million euros on funding private jets for its officials, while also aiming to be a 'global climate leader'.
Although still two years away from the 'air taxi' contract ending, the EU has decided to raise the amount that can be spent to €10.71 million, a 50 per cent increase on the starting amount."
from todays mail i wonder how many trees they plant to off set all the extra polution so they dont use a train or mix with us plebs on a a comercial flight

Judging from that video he posted earlier I'd hazard a guess that he's a god botherer, so probably doesn't believe in doctors or medicine, certainly doesn't believe in science, but guess what llewellyn, science doesn't give a toss about what you believe in.

The guy in the video is an adherent of paganism and despises Abrahamic religion. You got it wrong fellow. His footage is largely based on ancient mounds and burial grounds across Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Bosnia, Sri Lanka etc.
Couldn't be more wrong

This idea that Greta Thunberg is being 'put through' something implies she's being forced into her activism rather than acting under her own agency.
I've no doubt she understands both her own mind and the urgency of the challenge before us.
The mean-spirited sneering from middle-aged blowhards is only slightly less pathetic than the faux concern over her mental health.

It appeared as though you didn't notice when certain people are in the wrong, but couldn't wait to point out when others that you disagree with do the same thing.
I've just come back from a holiday in the US and am as guilty as most people for not reducing my carbon footprint, but at least I wouldn't have the cheek to take what is in effect a private A320 across the Atlantic to spout off about climate action.

Disgusting use of an autistic child by maniacal parents of a theatrical bent determined to get their publicity. Greta is clearly disturbed to the point she truly believes the world is at boiling point. Tosh! The speech she gave yesterday was vomit inducing. Termites give 10x the carbon dioxide output than human beings. Call this s**t out for what it is; control mechanism. Does this "child" ever do anything than spout poorly annunciated s**te spoon fed by globalists? If she had a brain cell it would die lonely. USEFUL IDIOT and to be pitied. And you are a supporter of our football team? Jees please god I don’t ever have the misfortune of sitting next to you at a game. The only s**t being spouted is by you

That post has to be up there with the worst I've ever seen on this board. There have been some terrible posts over the years, but you're right this one takes the biscuit. I am tempted to delete the entire thread, because this kind of attack is unwarranted and downright spiteful. Please do!!

thank you for the apology i have no political bias as far the environmernt is concerned as this topic should be above personel politics as it is just too important, i cant stand hypocrites and i genuinly missed the article about boris or i whould have included that as well. i dont know if you are aware of this wonderfuil organization which is doing some wonderfull work in the uk; www.nationalforest.org/about/what-is-the-national-forestthis is another simple but effective approach which improves the lives of so many people www.theguardian.com/world/2018/aug/16/regreening-niger-how-magical-gaos-transformed-landthere are similer projects in mali and eithiopia ,in eithiopia they plan to plant an incredible four billion trees these projects just show what we could achieve if we could only be united on this.

personally I think that girl we keep hearing on the news, if only she'd have done that speech last week she might have made the Emmys ;-) So I'll take it that you either don't believe that there is any problem with climate change or that it's 'fake news' or a Chinese conspiracy?
I suppose Elvis is still alive, the moon landings were faked and the Earth is flat too.
Greta Thunberg (or that girl as you call her) has had a bigger impact in the last year of her young life than you or I will ever have in ours.
not exactly sure how man landing on the moon is relevant to my reply, or even why you think what your opinion is is the correct one my reply was aimed at that girl and her performance the Emmys was Sunday please tell me that she wasn't cast for that role, wasn't given a professionally written script and hadn't rehearsed it as for the current climate remind me what the latest scare is cant remember if its a new ice age or the ice is melting whichever one it will be the other next year

my relative is visting from new Zealand she was saying that tend to eat what is seasonal as some products we eat all year round are so expensive.many grow there own vegetables or get them from farmers markets. in contrast look at the labels of the food we purchase it comes from virtually every part of the world. you can eat strawberries every day of the year. how is that sustainable? who eats strawberries every day ? next you'll be saying we eat bread, potatoes etc every day of the year

"The science has been decided" rocks up. Conformity or no platform brigade cultist Aside from the name calling and general unpleasantness of your posts, I'd been fascinated by your qualifications that make you feel that you are correct and the global scientific community are wrong? I guess you have some pretty impressive information and experience up your sleeve otherwise you might just seem ignorant and uninformed. You know, almost like you were ranting and making stuff up based on nothing...
