[El Huracán!!!!]

After the positivity of the 10 game review last week it was back down to earth with a huge bump as town put in a very anemic performance against what was a poor Cheltenham in which was certainly the worst performance and worst game of the season so far. 

We also cover the devastating injury news for George Nurse, wonder how long Marosi will be out for and cover all the other mad team news from Saturday.

I totally agree with all the comments on the Podcast.

With regard to the club feeling threatened by people sharing their views publicly on the Pod, this forum or Facebook then they need to get a grip. If their media output was better then maybe they would have a point, but if you keep outputting the same dreary rubbish then unfortunately the fans will output their own to satisfy their need for something better. Every problem the club thinks fans cause are started by issues the club create. Don't create the issue then there will be no negativity or problems, sort your own house out first before you come looking at other peoples.

Maybe the club should offer up a player or club official to appear on the Podcast, to put the clubs point of view across and maybe win a few of the negative fans back, or is that never likely to happen because Salopcast isn't a Shrewsweb production?

P.S: really enjoying the cast on my drives to and from work. Don't concern yourselves with the length of them.....the longer the better!

Glyn still has a chip on his shoulder from back in the day regarding all the times the veteran's beat the youngsters at Football, Cricket or Golf.

What a first game 1991 Shrewsbury v Brentford. Tony Kelly poking Wilf Rostron in the eye was one of the most bizarre moments in football for me - Kelly was wagging his finger in his face, Rostron obviously said something not pleasant and Kelly just moved his hand forward and poked him in the eye. Walked off straight away.

Sounds like Mike had a mad game as his first one then Percy! 

We try to add in our own off tangent memories of games at times, that what being a fan is all about the mishaps and incidents that happened on the way or just plain mad things!
