Has the match kicked off? iFollow via the Town website doesn’t have a commentator. No on radio Shropshire either.

A crowd about 3 times smaller than a pre season friendly says it all about this competition and how it is viewed

If somebody like Shipley, Winchester or O’Reilly get an injury in this game because we barely have a spare player to replace them…

I estimate a sub 500 attendance but I would attribute this to the continuing cricket season.

I would estimate a sub 500 attendance but I would attribute this to the continuing cricket season. I would attribute it to an awful competition, champions league on TV, people on holiday and the fact we can’t rotate hardly anyone so we will completely knackered for the weekend! Can you imagine those two centre backs playing 3 games in 8 days! Barmy!

Dan Udoh is making his full debut for Wycombe this evening against Afc Wimbledon. Ex Shrews Grimmer and Leahy on bench.

Sky Sports+ on NOWTV doesn't seem to be showing the game (most others are available). Probably doing me a favour to be fair.

This competition is tired and I’d argue not many teams give a monkeys until the semi final stage.

That’ll be Winchester out for a few weeks at least. Just about sums things up.

Pretty nondescript first half, but kudos to Sagoe Jr, looking a very lively player, and pacy and skillful to boot.

There are a handful of supporters in the North Stand. The South Stand is empty and when we catch a section of the West Stand when the camera pans around that looks empty too. So if it is just those in the Main Stand then for sure, there's not too many there at all.
Glad we started with pretty much a full strength side anyhow. Considering how we have started the season hopefully the more time playing together the better. And Fulham are decent enough and have come to play football. And whilst I would say Fulham started the better, Town slowly but surely started to get things together towards the end of the half. We improved as the game wore on. I think this is just the sort of game we needed at this time of the season.
Hopefully Winchester is OK. Fingers crossed.

Only managed to watch from 25 minutes in but some decent moves by Salop. Sageo Jr could be a bright spark this season, put it on a plate for Lloyd on two occasions and nearly did it all by himself just before half time.
Winchester is a touch cookie, hopefully he can shake it off. 5 senior players injured 2 weeks into the season is not a good sign!

Positives: Sagoe Jr.
Negatives: Winchester injury, torrid football, a ruined competition and we look sub par against a team of 17-21 year olds 😓

We desperately need two more bodies in CM, especially now Winchester has gone off and Rossiter is made of glass. Positive so far is that Sagoe Jnr looks very good! Only slight chance we have of staying up this season is O’Reilly and Sagoe Jnr.
