about time we had a new tory bashing thread , I tried mentioning something about a football game last night and was told to shut up ;-) No, don’t get over excited. I posted as a result of reading a report on BBC News. I thought it was something of general interest and was not my intent to engage in Tory bashing . Braverman resigns as a result of a mistake she has made and then went on to say she isn’t happy with the direction of travel of this government . Grant Shapps favourite to take over Bravermans post . I think this leaves Truss damaged , surely she cannot continue but we will see. So, a post containing facts , I have no desire to add further fuel to the fire or trash the Tories , they are making a great job of doing that themselves .😉😂😂😂 |

Seems like a forced resignation due to a fairly minor breach of the ministerial code - one of those where you could overlook it if you like the person, but a perfect opportunity to get rid of someone should you wish.
I was unenthused by Truss’s campaign and thought she won based on telling the voters what they wanted to hear with little substance, but felt she deserved the opportunity and backing as is only fair. But it’s an absolute car crash, the country needs to decide, time for a general election.
