Asda Telford been 149.7 and 155.7 for a week or two now. Sainsbury about the same, Tesco and Morrisons a bit higher.
As it hasnt moved upwards you would guess it should be moving down but isnt 😡

The variability of petrol prices on a journey of any length is noteworthy. 18p per litre for me yesterday (discounting motorway service areas).

Ellesmere is still 145.9. Commendable 👍 It is. It also shows how much we are being ripped off by the supermarkets in the towns that will sell a LOT more.

Across Shrewsbury, the supermarkets are finally below 1.50 for Unleaded, most at 148.9
Grindley Brook is at 133.9, well done them, great price and insane difference

Only after the dearer stations had dropped theirs to around what they were previously selling at so it made it obvious that they hadnt brought it down despite everyone else doing so. Highway robbery as usual.

On my travels on Friday the range of prices for unleaded was almost 40p, from 135p to 174p. The latter being a motorway service station. The range otherwise was 23p.

Diesel has just dropped from an average of 158.9 to 149.9 in West Lancashire in just 24 hours.
This will help next months inflation figures...
