Pathetic defending. Absolute liability he has been so far this season.

Rather Pierre than Nsiala. Absolute liability. I'd bounce them both right out of the club, but if I had to choose one to play, it'd be Pierre every single day. Turning into a very open game, that will suit Mansfield way more than it will suit us!

Perry at CAM? Possibly 4 3 3 not sure what Perry has to do to get a game. If we loose this questions will have to be asked?

A game made for Bloxham super sub. Just need to give him enough time.

Anyone that thinks Nsiala is better than Pierre needs their head checking. He just has to be rested !! A convenient injury perhaps 🤔 And there it is 80 minutes too late 🙄

Well, whatever the outcome, it's been an enjoyably end to end match.

Town taking their time at set plays. 3 points are there for the taking.

Not a lot you can do about that, just a quality through ball.

A quick move by Mansfield but no team should really be opened up that easily.

Straight through the centre. Towns first 25 mins sadly was hugely the high point of this performance. Mansfield largely on top otherwise. Not surprised they now lead.
Oh Shrewsbury.....

The game totally changed with the penalty. So frustrating how we just give goals away. Another defeat and second from bottom in the league.

Not a lot you can do about that, just a quality through ball. Vaguely tracking a midfielder strolling the centre of your defence is one thing

Giving stupid goals away again and having difficulty scoring many goals is a recipe for disaster.

Another game another defeat in a game we should have got something out of. I have said it before but as long as we have Lloyd as our main goal threat we are not going to score enough goals. How many points does Nsiala need to cost us before we see him as 4th choice.
Lots of positives to take first half and some real good signs that we are starting to Gel as a team. Concerning lack of leadership after we conceded, game became scruffy and after the winner went in we could not string 2 passes together.
We have said on here after a loss that its not games like that which will define our season but that is not the case today. These games are vital if we want to survive and I fear the way the match panned out will knock an already fragile confidence within the team.

I wonder where we go from here. Its definitely the defense where the problem lies. This is supposed to be Hursts strongest area. I do suppose without the tools there's little he can do. But I am worried

Giving stupid goals away again and having difficulty scoring many goals is a recipe for disaster. Are you entirely sure about that....? Statements of "the bleedin' obvious" don't add greatly to the conversation!

Four points from safety already, and it’s only September.
This whole season feels absolutely pointless. Just losing game after game with no hope of survival.

Yet again I find myself looking at other teams' results in the hope 4 of them are worse than us. Cambridge do look pants. And Reading are potentially getting point deductions again. Orient have hit a bit of form however. Burton don't look too good. But we are bad. Bad bad bad.

Disagree with you Nick Southall that Nsiala is a loyal servant of the club, he f**ked off when the money came in for him and is only here because no one wants him.
Play Pierre, Nurse or Josh Feeney please and bring Taylor Perry back.

Play Pierre, Nurse or Josh Feeney please and bring Taylor Perry back. Pierre is just as bad, Nurse isn’t right mentally, and Feeney is always injured. We’ve got no hope.
