but youve just invented a new part to the story and then dismissed it who's banned from the Sov club ? how about you start doubting God, and see how long you last in your job ;-) Perhaps banned is the wrong word. "It would be made almost impossible to attend." But why do you bring my job into it? You literally wrote the rule that says "play the man not the ball". I guess you threw me inventing stories about fans being banned and roland offering free shares , in reply to talking about JH , I think my point applies to anyone thought in their job

I know someone who could not get sovereign membership; they had chosen their seats but the process was then just stopped and then they got nothing but silence from the club with unreturned calls and unanswered emails.
They do go to matches in block 14 so I guess they are not banned from the club itself; just not allowed to buy into the sovereign club.

I'd certainly find out! Rolands happy to talk to any supporter and answer their questions.

I find it inconceivable that if anyone who ever worked closely with RW was then an outspoken critic then they would be able to be in that part of the stadium ever again. I didn't say it had happened.

Do you know if they did anything, intentionally or unintentionally, to offend Mein Fuhrer? Wanted to invest in the club - told no shares available but he could donate it to the foundation. Common knowledge shares aren’t available unless someone becomes a director. Used to be minimum investment £100,000.00 or £50,000 to be an associate director (not on board). Now it’s usually by invite only. Latest director has only got 25 shares mind but offers plenty to the club including chipping in to pay the wages.

Wanted to invest in the club - told no shares available but he could donate it to the foundation. But there are thousands of unissued shares 🤔 I know that he made the point to Roland that there were authorised but unissued shares that could be sold to him without affecting Roland's control over the club. Roland's response was that he was not going to dilute his holding in any way and told him that if he wanted to support the club he should donate to the foundation.

Those breaking the rules tend not to be the people wanting to chip in circa £250k. But if it helps, the only interaction that they have ever had with the club was on the potential investment; but keep your narrative if it pleases you. No season ticket, but he does come with his kids to block 14 at least 1 out of 3 home matches.

He took him to the Meadow and they enjoyed it. His kids were mascots, he sponsored a couple of players, and he enquired about sov membership - he went to a couple of games in the sov suite and chose his seats. The club were claiming poverty at the time; he went to see the chairman with the idea of investing a bit of cash. Chairman told him he could donate the cash to the foundation as the Chairman did not want to sell shares. Club stopped communications on sov membership & he gave up chasing. Still goes to matches with his kids - sits in block 14.

Business review The year to June 2016 has certainly has been exceptional with turnover increasing from just under £4m in the previous year to £6.8m in this financial year.

I'm never quite sure if you deliberately misread what people say or you do it for a joke? Possibly a bit of both?

There is a big difference between investment and buying. If someone was investing in one of my businesses as a minor shareholder (but enough to be on the board) i would consider whether i would work with them long term or if they were going to just annoy the hell out of me...... id also expect them to consider the same. That's not the case if your selling and moving on.
As for the Sov club, no one should be stopped from joining or going in there, without a very good reason, so it would be interesting to know if there was more reasoning for the club to turn down an application to join.
