We’re well overdue a good performance and also a good ref. Roll on Saturday!

Indeed. Town have only scored more than once in 7 league games and in those it's been different scorers each time. Bowman did it in the cup against Notts Co, but he hasn't even managed 2 league goals this season never mind in the same game. Not surprising though. Town average 0.73 goals a league game this season. The smallest goals per game ratio of all the clubs in the top 7 leagues of England (from EPL to National League North & South). Hurst has made it slightly better but even in his games they still average under a goal a game. The worst part is they don't put away gilt edged chances when it seems easier to score than not.

Has anyone refereed a competitive match? I lasted 45 minutes and at half time gave my whistle to the biggest moaner and told him to get on with it. No excuse - these lot are suppose to be professionals, it’s their job, and by and large they are falling below the standards required of it

We have not taken control over our own destiny and we now in a situation we're we have to hope the teams below us lose and we scrape a point. In the form table port vale have overtake us and Cambridge have nearly caught us up. in the last six games, Reading 7 points Shrewsbury 8 points Cambridge 9 points Port Vale 8 points Burton 1 point Chelteham 4 points Fleetwood 6 points Carlisle 4 points. So I would say Burton are in freefall, and we are about the same as those around us, Appreciate our run in is not simple, but none of them are.

I’m embarrassed to say that I agreed with Steve Cross on his man of the match. To come in without having played much at all Elliott Bennett did really well. His post match interview shows that he is a class act on and off the pitch.

If only the game was played and officiated by robots.

I'm sure some ne will have stats to hand but my impression is we don't tend to do well against them Overall record: Town wins 5 Draws 10 Wycombe wins 8 Last 5 matches record: Town 3 Draws 1 Wycombe 1 Many thanks for that

I'm really hoping by some miracle that town can be safe and it does not all come down to the last game. As I would like to just enjoy the last game of the season after an awful season.
