In a strange way I do. I think it’s because of what he went through during covid. He fought it and won. I know it all went wrong here in the for whatever the reason but as a person with a strong will to battle an illness I admire him. And someone who still wanted to continue working from his hospital bed even when there were times where it appeared he was struggling to breathe. A certain irony that he's now managing a team that are on life support. If they get relegated it won't be for the want of Steve's efforts. |

Does anyone know if he took Wilbraham, his former assistant at town with him to FGR. He did a good job for us during Steve's illness.

( away game ) ( it did happen , just not sure which coach it was ) |

Bumpety bump Well done stevie 😝 What a horrible thing to say ,taking the p**s. May I remind you Forest Green are rooted at the bottom of the League whilst Mansfield are in second place so it’s not his fault . Im sure after Steve has verbally abused the local reporter , effed and jeffed at the ticket office staff , blamed the veggie burgers and green tea and generally sounded off everything will be just fine. The last Manager there lost the plot and had a right go at his players . My monies on good old Steve lasting until at least the end of February but with a following wind may make it until mid March before he thumps the owner in pure frustration. Poor Dale , what have you done , should have picked up the phone and had a conversation with me and Pilch 😂😂😂😉 |

I listened to the first 60 seconds of his post match interview
apparently it wasnt a 4-0 game
forest green were the better side for 2/3rds of it
we need to concentrate on the dark arts
I cant fault their effort

I've got no wish to see SC fail.
But as its Forest Green we are talking about I'd be more than happy to see them finish in the position they currently occupy. Sorry Steve.
And if they take Sutton down with them too it would be fine with me.

And if they take Sutton down with them too it would be fine with me. im the opposite, quite fond of forest green , always had a soft spot since we visited in the conference season, I think they must have been fond of the conference season to as they have seemingly brought in cotterill to get them over the line and go back there ;-) |

He's brought in Dickie Keogh experienced centre half to hold up the defence. I wonder whether it will help, up against Barrow away tomorrow night.
Personally wish the guy well and hope he keeps them in the league.
