Bayliss's pass to no one and 30ft high in the air out into the stands was an interesting one, perhaps he's read B&A recently.
A side that panics on the ball and knocks it long is a side with little confidence, it will be interesting how Hurst and Doig coach that into them.
Anyone who was (un)lucky enough to see Portsmouth at home will know what I mean about passing ability.

I guess Hurst has a free hit in interviews for the time being, the players aren’t his and his presence must diminish the authority of MM. Well it was interesting to see that neither Hurst nor Doigie felt the need to be wired up to MM or Parrish ! Perhaps they were just shouting !!

By the looks of it......was it kennah and sobowale doing laps around the pitch Saturday before game......haven't seen that before....maybe they've got a few fitness issues,I don't know🤔🤔 Yes it was them. Neither were on the bench, and they didn't train/warm up with the rest of the team.

Jack Price will be signing very soon but I suspect it will take sometime to get him match fit. Could turn out to be a great signing especially for next season after a full pre season with us. He seems to have been about to sign for about the last 2 months. But with Kenneh staying and Hinchy being the only loan signing in January it seems a bit of a weird one to me and a poor use of budget

It was a promising performance but an awful result against a team that hadn't won away since August.
Lyle Taylor was a class above anyone else on the pitch to be honest.
Think we deserved a draw... saying that though... Feeney was getting torn to shreds, perry was weak and ineffectual, also thought Pierre and Dunkley looked very shakey.
Sobowale/Bennett for Feeney at RB, get a midfield three of Price, Hinchy and Winchester and we'll be off to the races.

If we could get a decent right winger in (XXX) I'd be thrilled to play the below:
Marosi Winchester - Dunkley - Pierre - Benning Hinckley - Price XXX - Bayliss - Shipley Udoh
Nice options on the bench then 👍

The rumour of Price has been around for months. Does anyone with inside information know if it’s likely and when?

Is he such a WOW signing after all? Considering his pedigree of Championship football and being the Rapids MVP over the pond, I'd say he'd make a very good signing, in the peak of his career really; a great age. He'd be a whopping upgrade on Kenneh.

If we could get a decent right winger With Bloxham suspension & Hurst's interview comments on O'Brien, could he be the XXX? Top assists for Sutton.

Jack Price has been signing for years not months I'm sure, is he actually that good? and would Paul Hurst want someone like that? it seems there are players in the squad that aren't even fit enough.

Shipley and bayliss don't do enough.....said it months ago ....the top scorer from midfield will score about 3/4 goals......when we need at least 8/10 from one of them.i compare them with previous players, who were half decent in the last 5/6 years(in midfield).IE.....Nolan and Doherty......scored a good few,and assisted in a good few more, and drove the team on from the midfield area

Yes, his player profile says : “ A dynamic and skillful right-winger who can also play as a ten”

Bayliss is nowhere near good enough this season.....been poor and totally inconsistent, injured or not.....games I've seen him this season, done absolutely nothing of note, and drifts in and out of games....a luxury we can't afford🤷🤷🤷

Personally I'd disagree that he's a luxury we can't afford, instead I believe we need to find a system which effectively gives him a free role.
