Mullin bullied Feeney all game. Did well to do that in someone's pocket. Nothing wrong with that challenge either, maybe if your players showed a bit more fight you'd score some goals? Re Feeney - you'll see on another thread, I pretty much said he's a League Two defender, so thanks for agreeing with me that that is Mullin's level at best - he didn't get a sniff against a proper League One defender in Dunkley The challenge should've been a red card - thuggery, but not surprising from him So he wasn't in Dunkley's pocket then. Can't be both. And no thats called going for the ball. Your strikers should give it a try. The only thuggery in the game was when we were about to take a throw and one of your players, hauled our player down like a petulant child - now that's a red card. Ref bottled it though.

Mullin: Either he never was as good as he was hyped or he's stagnated in lower leagues. O'Connor: The sort of defender who sneaks up and scores, we could do with one. Tozer: That throw, good as a corner!
Taylor: Growing into the job. Glad those who have wanted him sacked don't control things at Shrewsbury Town. Give him the tools and he will do the job.
Our starting 11 yesterday: Did the job, only coming up short with the final touch, unlucky. Taylor can work with them, they obviously absorb the tactics and work for him to the best of their ability.
The subs: Just don't seem to add to the team. Some are new though so hopefully room for improvement. Some could do with Wrexham's (it hurts to say that) Ryan Barnett's desire...

Think Taylor will grow into the job.....give him the forwards that he needs in January.....and we'll see where he goes from there.....onwards and upwards I hope👍👍😄

Who on earth suggested that Mullin should be in the Welsh senior squad. Heaven help us if that was to happen!

Bradshaw can't even get in it.....I would suggest that he's better than mullin....and plays in the championship 👍👍

Crazy how many Wrexham fans there are all over social media when you consider they were averaging 2.9k at home a few years ago. Where have they all been?

They’ll probably take seven or eight thousand there, must be their cup final. Blackburn are massive.

Blackburn away. Not a very appealing place to exit the FA Cup. Hardly the tie they were all craving.

All that and they get Blackburn lol. Never wanted Blackburn to win as much as I do for that match im not fussed if wrexham win , as far as im concerned we've only missed out on £100+K no way would any tv money have come our way from blackburn away, we have a good cup record there but im sure our run would have ended there someone like like spurs away would have really hurt, of any of the big clubs at home, could have made us £1M+ considering most expected our run to end abruptly at notts county I think we ended up not too bad this season

Blackburn oh well.
Cracking ground but one I've done before a couple of times.
Should have too much for hoofball Wrexham.
The glamour tie they crave still evades them.

Not sure I like Blackburn much either though, Better the devil you know. That will be a hard game for them if they play the same against them.

That will be a hard game for them if they play the same against them. the funny thing with blackburn is when the owners bought the club they didn't realise 'england' had a thing called relegation , they were banking on the premier money season in season out , but promptly the club to league 1 instead

Where as you were like 2011 Barcelona? You relied on our mistakes for chances and the odd set piece. I'd rather be lumping it to Mullin than Bowman. Bowman's agent is a genius getting him a League 1 club. He's absolutely dreadful and wouldn't get in our match day squad. Really? You relied on a deflected shot for your goal, we crafted multiple decent chances just couldn't finish them. We're a poor side in League One, but you couldn't touch us first half. Bowman is poor, as was Mullin yesterday, he's not done much since returning to league football. Apart from trying to break a keepers arm diving in when said keeper had both hands round the ball.

Going back on the comments,
I thought Mullin was inactivity apart from a couple of snatched shots outside the area, didn't do much. The challenge on Marosi looked nasty but that's kind of what a lower league striker has to do. Thought he looked very slow as well.
Dunkley controlled the back line well, For those criticizing Feeney, I thought the young guy stood up well to what Wrexham threw at him. A good header of a ball and tried to play it out from the back in the second half. The problem isn't his distribution as the lack of options from the midfield (Bennett aside).
Bowman worked hard but again to nothing, all those headers won generally went to no one and Wrexham were able to clear, for that I put criticism on Perry, Shipley and Bayliss.

You're all so jealous that we've got Mullin and Lee etc, that's why you're all so deluded and bitter. I get it though, I can't imagine having to endure watching that finished useless lump Bowman every week. We're shopping in Sainsburys and you lot are begging outside Poundland for scraps

You just looked a competent League Two/League One side on the day and won. Mullin didn’t do much. It’s not that deep.

After £1.5m+ in transfer fees and I dread to think how much in wages, your only hope is a knock down from one of the donkeys to Lee who is a tremendous little player.
