Positives? It's only 1-0, Argyle should be out of sight already. Let's hope at the end of the night they're regretting all those missed first half chances. Ro-Shaun Williams has been very good and that’s about it.

A huge huge huge 2nd half coming up. For me this is a massive 45 mins for Ricketts. If he can change the shape and the set up and try and effect the game in a way we have manifestly failed to do far then all well and good. But if it's another 45 mins of causal, disinterested and utterly shambolic football then it's time to go. Thing is though, I do wonder how many times he's actually managed to do something like that. To get the win from being behind at the half. It's all very much brand new to him all this... Just the Stoke game in the FA Cup whilst he's been with us. We're usually the ones to lose the lead under Ricketts.

town make a very slow start as they make this the third successive game were town concede the first goal, how many times have heard the commentators say town caught out by a quickly taken corner and score as a forward is unmarked in the box, shambolic non existent defending, not picking up runs allowing Plymouth time to pick there shoots , we are very lucky not to be 4-0 at half times ,3 saves from Arnold and a goal conceded in 12 minutes! Town switch off from a free kick , lapado misses a sitter, It is utter suicide to give a team with proven ability at free kicks so many chances in dangerous areas.
a Plymouth forward gets under the ball and the ball goes over the bar, Towns forwards getting virtually no supply.Plymouth seems to be able to waltz through midfield.
feel very sorry for the travelling fans who have travelled nearly a 500 mile round trip to watch this C**P. it is bad enough listening to it on the radio/
can town be any worse in the second half ? let us hope Ricketts and the team can pull a rabbit out of the hat, if they score early in the second half this game is over.

And if he doesn't, that's it for me, for one of the worst STFC managers ever, and that's saying something.

I'd swap Edwards for Payne , revert to 4 at back, give Whalley a free roll
basically 4-5-1 ;-)

No changes at halftime. He must only be giving them 10-15 minutes before making changes if it doesn't improve.

It just makes no sense allowing Whalley to take all the set-pieces. Let's have a bit of variety and give Norburn and Campbell a chance.

No changes to formation and/or personnel beggars belief. What the hell is Ricketts thinking?

Payne off Holloway on. FFS so predictable with subs which don't change the formation or options - just a like for like replacement

I expect Campbell will soon follow after his usual 60-65 minutes.

More atrocious defending, defenders falling all over the place, well saved by Arnold.
