Hurst will have to get the team refocused and sharp .with the top two playing on Tuesday worst scenario town could be seven and five points behind. so nothing but a win will do.
There are no easy games every game now is a cup final. in the game against Lincoln town were dismal , we have had a fantastic season lets regroup and finish with a roar not a whimper.
on paper town should beat Bradford but then you could say the same about Northampton and bury, Bradford have lost four and won one of there last five games. they have a comfortable mid table position with games in hand.crucially town badly need to start on the front foot impose themselves on the game and score first. i am sure totos specialist was having a meltdown if he saw him throw off his protective mask so will he wear it ?
looked at the highlights of Bradford v the gills most of the one wing was nearly all mud and sand , the middle of the looks pitch looks threadbare,so who knows what the pitch is like now as the last game was postponed due to it been waterlogged ( takes you back to the gay meadow)

450 odd mile round trip from Suffolk for me. Excited about this one but wins for Blackburn and Wigan tomorrow might take the wind out of our sails a little.

If Toto can't play without the mask, he shouldn't play. It was obvious the thing was totally distracting and impeding his vision.
Also, if Carlton Morris is starting, can he use a pair of boots with studs?

We'll be as we are, when all the fools who doubt us fade away
Someone tell Bryn Morris that one volley from his left peg hitting the bar does not mean he should now take every shot from 30 yards on his weaker foot .

And tell Whalley that corners shouldn't always involve kicking it as far as possible past the awaiting players if the keeper is unavailable to catch it.

Any Town fans gathering for a beer to watch on Sky? I've got a few Bradford fan mates coming down from Cheshire for the game and we will be in the Salopian. Looking forward to it!

with the state of the pitch we could do with some dry weather otherwise some of it will look more like a muddy field. unfortunately if the weather forecast is right in Bradford on Tuesday and Wednesday it is predicting rain with Thursday been dry.
Sorry mate, couldn't resist it. Already looking forward to the comfort of the worst away end in League 1.
No mate. Best stay away, we don’t need dicks at this stage of the season

Only one d1ck in this conversation. How old are you? I hope you enjoy Bradford, in the same way a straw man enjoys the wind.

so what formation do you think Hurst will go with who will be leading the charge Payne or morris who will be on the left wing Rodman or Thomas will toto be fully fit and will he wear his mask? this a crucial game so who would you pick?
if Thomas does play i hope Nolan ( i know he is very good and like many others a big fan)looks left now and again as he seems to favour whally whilst thomas is in acres of space waving his arms like a windmill
the state of the pitch may influence how we play as well up the blues
Bradford seem to be in disarray at the moment, really need to get the first goal in this game.
it will just be our luck that they decide to play out of there skins, i agree 100% about the first goal ,who knows how much Sunday has affected the team. i hope they have shaken it off and bounce back with an emphatic performance.

with Blackburn having 63% of the possession the gills have don town a favour to get a draw .town now have a chance to close the gap. if we wont the best chance of an automatic place there is no room for below par performances or slip ups so no pressure then. as Schizo mentioned in the henderson thread there is a possible issue of small minority of bradford fans trying to wind up Henderson let us hope not.

Cannot see anything other than a win for you guys in this fixture. Bradford really have imploded of late. if the season was 10 games longer I would be tipping them for relegation.

Appreciate your views but knowing the history of the Salop, any team that is on a bad run dribble with excitement when we roll into town.
Tonight will confirm the promotion places and at least 3place play off spot unfortunately for us.

i appreciate your view but town have a history of falling flat on there face against teams we should beat, you only have to look at who we have gone out to in the early rounds of the FA cup too, unfortunately despite our amazing season and some fantastic football we have played. we have had occasional minor hiccups , Northampton , bury and rochdale stand out for me but equally we have had some amazing performances our home game against wigan stands out as one of many.
it all depends on which town team turns up

somersetshot: Hello, Whilst I am an Aldershot fan, I have always had a soft spot for Shrewsbury and over the years there has been some epic games played between the two teams, not least the two 5th round FA cup games in 1979.Many players have also played for both clubs.
