That Moore interview is very helpful. Certainly feels like we might have a shout of a good working partnership between them both. And they've met before a few times.
Feeling positive about it now

Listening to Jon Palmer it is clear that Mickey Moore could well have a very good working relationship qwith Steve Cotteril. Indeed SC might welcome a director of football reducing his workload so he could concentrate on coaching.

Very questionable stat from Mike about Jay Denny being our last American-born player prior to Phillips. Can think of Marlon Fossey and Zak Whitbread off the top of my head.

good pod, I totally agreed with Huddy on 100% of his points, he doesn't miss much and sadly I had a flashback to the Forest Green game, I was queueing for a beer for what seemed like forever, and chatting to Glyn right behind me, and when almost within touching distance of the bar Gyln pulled out of the queue saying he couldn't put up with it any longer as his back was aching too much, only struck me today when you were chatting about that game and glyn, still cant believe he has gone |

I thought it was a bit too negative, well 2 v 1 , fair play to Dan, he was quite positive, and I think he's of my opinion about Udoh too, and too much about XG, I only hear it mentioned on the podcast, whoever is compiling those stats live for league 1 is probably sat watching 6 games at once on ifollow the other side of the world and using computer input, computer assistance and AI, ;-)

I thought it was a good listen, but all the talk of lack of possession and requests in change of formations made me think none of the 3 had listened to the latest Micky Moore interview.
I implore all Shrewsbury Town fans to watch his interviews. He really is the guy running the club, from a football preceptive anyway.

Premier league stats usually have at least 3 people assigned to them and have access to about 6 different angles, I like to go away from games using my own judgement , we should have beat Charlton , deserved nothing at Oxford and maybe a draw would have been fair last sat 👍 saying that the stats system is improving all the time Anyone know what Saturdays xg says ? 0-0 I guess 🥳 |

I did not miss a Town game for 20 years since the Conference season, bar Crawley away about 9 or 10 years back due to a family wedding😕. The only other exceptions were of course, the COVID affected restrictions. That will save me digging out the Programme and ticket box. I certainly saw the game, so it must have been on Follow. Thanks for clarifying that. |
