Concessions for over 60's ?
A change of policy or a mistake?
A surprise after what Matt Williams said that they are £25 not £20, but no complaints from me.
Edit - still £20 for season ticket holders - nice to get a little bonus

I think it's wrong that people are being asked to pay different prices. A season ticket gets you a discount for the League games as it is and it should assure you of a ticket for any big game which comes along (which it will) but they shouldn't be getting into the game any cheaper. Other than that, I think that's a pretty good way to go about things...

He said he did not want to over charge the regular/loyal fans... the price for everyone with a ST and for people with only a couple of games worth of Loyalty points is still £20
Its just general sale that's £25 the way I read it which in my view there might not be many off as I would bet there are 7-8k+ who fulfill the criteria above?
Just a guess.

I take it it's one ticket per supporter number aswell regarding loyalty points , means if I have more loyalty points than my mate or vice versa chances are I won't be able to sit by him .

So somebody that cant attend every game due to work, hence doesn't buy a season ticket ends up paying more than the standard price....poor show STFC

Just a guess. No, You're wrong, it's £25 for all but STH. Even as a STH myself I feel that is a bit off. £20 for STH and Loyalty point holders would have been fairer, then £25 for general sales later on. The phased approach to getting hold of tickets dependent on loyalty points is a good idea, albeit I'm not clear if it is just 1 ticket per purchaser. If so that is going to cause a few issues with people having to make multiple trips on different days to (hopefully) build up their party. If they allow 2 tickets per purchaser that might alleviate things a little. I feel for the club a bit, they are in an impossible position but are clearly trying to do the right thing, and ALMOST getting it right...

Plus only points from this season count by the looks......would have been good to include last years points and reward some of the suffering we had to endure :-)

Got it wrong then when I looked again, personally I would have thought everyone up to General Sale £20 was fairer too. That said... its the first time ever we have seen clear instructions on how the loyalty points system will work this far in advance which is an improvement. having these different brackets is an excellent idea.
Chelsea have a Loyalty points system too which they are using for there ticket distribution as well.
its been a regular thing that the Loyalty points is started fresh every season. No reason to have changed it this season. Plenty of games for people to wrack up the points before the big game too... which will help us in our league campaign... something more important than a cup match really.

So I gather 25 notes for Chelsea fans too. Be a decent pay day for the club this...

How do I find out how many loyalty points the kids and I have - and one of the lads has missed a few!? three ways 1) Log in on the online system. Your supporters number is what you need (will be on any ticket you have got this season) 2) Phone the club and ask them (you will need your name and post code, for each person your asking about who's on the system) 3) Go down the club office (same as two) Are you and all your kids on the system? If they are under 16 you can add them to your number so its easy for the club to see you regularly bring them. If not they how can the club check what your saying is true?

Bobby I don't get your complaint.
Can I ask were you aware of the Loyalty points system that's been around for almost 6 years and is regularly used and discussed?

If you attended every Home league match before those with loyalty points can purchase, you will only have gained 8 points as they no longer add kids points too the Members total. buying the multi match deal before hand maybe a way round it for those who are willing to fork out for one. There will possibly be people purchasing tickets for the next two away games but not bothering to travel due to the distance just too boost their Loyalty Points. I also see that all previous seasons points are expired. How many tickets per person are allowed? If each STH buys 4 how many will that leave? It looks like regular away supporters will be next in line how many will that leave if they buy 4 each?

Axel have you read the story? "If you are coming to purchase your ticket in person please bring your season ticket book with you and some other proof of identity, if you are buying for any other season ticket holders you will need to bring their season ticket book with you – one book = one ticket" Read more at www.shrewsburytown.com/news/article/26sep14-chelsea-ticket-details-1967412.aspx#CKkkfX41TrtupAij.99In my view its clear that each ST or supporters number will be allowed one ticket? Its not fair to only let ST have one, and loyalty points holders have more is it?

It will take to Feb 14th to be first inline with enough loyalty points if you only buy for home matches.

Basically for non season ticket holders that also go away it's hard luck if u haven't brought from stfc Hard luck yes, but hardly a huge surprise. This issue has come up before and people were clearly told that if you don't buy tickets through the club you run the risk of missing tickets for big games. Anyway, I hope and am sure you will be able to get a ticket if you want one.

SO they have been to a few games this season but they wont be able to buy tickets until they go on general sale whereas I will. Am going to address this with the club, as loyalty should be 2 way surely.

Bobby I don't get your complaint. Can I ask were you aware of the Loyalty points system that's been around for almost 6 years and is regularly used and discussed? So being aware of this and a regular fan (attending more than the average fan does I would say based on the above) Why did you not buy from the club for the away games, knowing that there was a chance you would need the points. Plenty of people do this (plus most of the time it gives you a saving on the ticket price). Realistically the club can take everyone story on face value, there has to be some degree of checking purchase history? You have done 7+ games, and as such would have accrued the necessary points had you brought them from the club. In my view its your fault, that you did not do this, and you can hardly blame the club when the rules and procedure are clear.

Good you are sorted, but if your lads have only been to a few games and don't meet the thresholds then why should they get a ticket outside of general sale? Well done getting them there own Supporters Number through. So many people don't and that where people will have issues now. Again the rules of the loyalty points not accruing after the end of the season, and being reset has been around for ages.
