They reckon Swindon are sniffing now. If they are then we are more likely to get the stupid fee we'd need to accept any offer. Win win all round.

Do we really want to go up ? or are we just p**sing around in this god foresaken division for the fun of it. In the past weve bought some right donkeys but we look as if GT (the legend ) is building a very good squad . Therefore , we do not need to sell anyplayer , unless , of course , they are not up to the standard we need to get us out of Div.2 If we sell Gornell is there a player out there who we can buy , for a reasonable price on favourable wages , who is better than he is . We do not want to be selling anyone to our rivals surely to god.

IMO it is the business end of the season now and our strikers are used to each other and these two Collins / Gornell could be the two that get us up . Will it cause us too much disruption if we make changes now ?

If it was up to me I wouldn't sell any players who are likely to play in the first team Gornell is class and we need him if we are serious in getting promotion. We certainly shouldn't be selling players to our promotion rivals whatever the offer

Gornell to stay. Any move that could jeopardise our chances of promotion would be pure folly.

Funny how everything changes eh? 10 days ago some fans were asking for new strikers to be brought in to the club at the expense of existing squad members. However this thread shows support for both TG and Collins. Funny old game!

Not sure about this particular case though, hopefully we won't be finding out either! Gornell must stay, pure quality.

I can admit I was one of those who called for new forwards. However if Collins/Gornell is the way forward then bluddy well stick with 'em Graham, Collins to fire the Town to promotion!
