Don't think their fans have realised it yet!
Who'd have thought the comparison between the two of us now this time last year?!

Bring on the Lawyers, this should make interesting reading over the next few months if they don't take bankruptcy.

that must surely mean they will not be able to guarantee that they can complete their fixtures in the conference next year and will therefore be relegated.
can't see any way out of it now....unless I'm missing something....

TUFC sacks players and goes bankrupt.
TUST takes over as sole bidder, organises CVA, takes pick of players on under new contracts with them, part-time, possibly with a pitch-in from some of the other previous interested parties.

I am working in the Apple Mac industry and we work closely with the printing industry here in Telford as they all have macs.
I have heard a certain Telford printer is negotiating purchasing the club from several of my contacts here at work.

TBH Pete, don't think that's good news for them.
The future as I see it is accept CVA, have the TUST take over from whatever level they are allowed back in and take it from there.

Perhaps the new buyer didn't want to take on the wage bill?
But I have it on good authority from several of my customers that use this printing company that there are moves being made by their owner to buy the club. Not sure how true it is but it could be of some interest.

The SSC is going to be a walkover this year. I dont think the Shifnal XI will take too kindly when they read this. This is the type of psycological warfare that Fergie and Wenger undertake. If the Shifnal manager prints off this post it may well boost the morale of his team to get them thinking, 'we can show this loon bloke' and come away with a 3-0 victory.

I can just hear the pre match radio interview now: 'When you say that about a team like Shifnal town, that is wrong that is. I thought the Loon was a better man than that. And I tell you what, I'd love it if we beat them, LOVE IT'

Shakey, spokesman for TUFC Supporters Trust, does this mean he could potentially become a director or chairman in the future if they take over the club?

I didn't realise Shakey was so involved. That said, Telford are hardly rivals anymore are they - esp. if they do the ineveitable and drop from the Conference.

Never really considered Telford rivals anyway.
Most of it tends to come from people having to work there and wanting to be able to wind them up.
Wrexham, Walsall and Wolves. Now those are rivals

I tell you what though, our rivalry with Barcelona's getting a bit heated!

I think the hatred between ourselves and Real Madrid stems a bit more than that between us and Arsenal, Lee! I tell you what though, our rivalry with Barcelona's getting a bit heated! Difference is you've never played any of those teams. STFC used to play Wolves quite regularly, not in my time since supporting the Town I'll admit.
