Bored in work today so I thought I’d do a bit of research. In the last 60 years Wrexham have had a season’s average attendance of 7000 or more 28 times. Shrewsbury once.!

in the 25 years before laurel & hardy took over, wrexham managed an average of 4040  and didnt get over 6,500 once

in 1948 Hanwood a tiny village just outside shrewsbury that has one little shop played at the racecourse ,  the attendance was 6,859 ;-)
