Last of the pre season friendlies before the serious games begin as we come up against Micky Mellon's Latics.
Opportunity for some players to put their hands up for selection for the opener, Stevenage away.
It will be my first preseason friendly of this summer, wife is visiting some old friends whilst I head to the game.
For a change away fans wont be located behind the goal, this time we have been allocated a section of the old main stand.
Anyone else planning to go?

Yes I've got my tickets. Where do we park? There's parking at the ground and nearby streets. I'm parking at our friends house on Burnley Lane (near to the Toby Carvery) and walking over. |

Want me to stream it live from Boundary Park? 🤫 yeah, post a link ;-) its a shame as oldham are part of non league tv and could have streamed it and made money I see dagenham v orient is being shown on there annoying that radio Shropshire not done anything either, they have done in the past oh well, twitter here we come lol |

Guessing Nolan is one, could the other be the lad who got injured in his first trial appearance away at Brackley

Latins 1 Town 0. Savin slow to react. I hate to say this, but I thought he chickened out. He would have been favourite if he decided to commit. Both of our keepers have made the same costly, almost identical error in the space of a couple of weeks. There is a time and a place for playing out from the back - you don’t have to do it every time. |

This is arguably our strongest 11. Savin has been really poor. He has about a 20% pass success rate. Both his short and long balls going straight to opposition or putting us in instant pressure. Feeney cant pass for toffee. Winchester and Bloxham have had misplaced passes. Bloxham is on the left wing, all play has been down the right, so poor Blocko and Benning have barely had a touch. Unfortunately when he has he has fluffed it, 100% for workrate though. Shippers has looked lively and a threat. The rest have been bang average. It's been really quite bad folks.
