A link to understand Jordens past injury issue. Sounds like PH was impressed today too.

If you described the perfect signing for our squad based on our performances over the last couple of seasons then I think it would sound a lot like OโReilly.
Letโs pray he stays fit.

Rossister seems a better option than Price or Bennett

All of a sudden, there is competition for places, I'm sure Shipleys speeded up a bit!!!......looking good all over๐ Do we reckon we're still looking to sell him? We could now see the best of Shipley. His fitness levels look good.

Rossister seems a better option than Price or Bennett I agree, I took a couple of pics of him pre game just to see if I recognised him, I couldn't but I suggested he looked like an animal, I meant that in a praise kind of way meaning a menacing midfielder who gets stuck in , we then found out who he probably was, someone mentioned it might have been Joey barton trying to have a replica of himself in his teams, and as much as we dislike Joey the person, I would love Joey the player in the side, I judged perry last season on one game saying not for me, but I'm happy to give this lad a thumbs up on one game too, get him signed hurst now

Also agree I thought Rossiter looked very tidy and would be happy if we offered him a contract. Guessing because of his injury issues heโs within our reach and would be a deal we could comfortably finance, as others seem to not be willing to take the risk on a man whoโs missed ALOT of football due to injury.

If this Rosister is in a similar mould then its a thumbs up from me as well. Perry may likely struggle for game time this season,

Managed to catch the second half. Thought it was a pretty solid, unspectacular performance from both sides but without doubt Town more than matched Derby, were just about the better side (from what I saw from the second 45 anyhow) and deserved the win. And considering Derby will be playing in the second tier next season that's very encouraging.

Tbh...i couldn't pick a starting 11,for the first game against Stevenage... especially the forward areas,or midfield come to think of it.... O'Reilly will deffo start, but will bloxham start or Lloyd, will Shipley start??,I seriously don't know.if kayode looks good, then I am really stuck....we will watch with interest

I'll go with this Chirkshrew Savin Hoole Feeney Nsiala Benning Winchester Rossiter Lloyd O'Reilly Shipley Marquis Id be surprised if Bloxham doesn't start. He's started all pre season games and so probably more minutes than anyone else so far. Rossiter also is yet to be signed! Financials may not be simple on that one Otherwise I'd agree ๐

We currently have a smaller squad & yet we seem to have more options available.

Can't see Nurse starting games in the league any time soon regardless of fitness.

Good performance all round , well almost all round one player looked like a headless chicken , the trialist is just what we need , hope we sign him , orielly again is our version of Messi , hoped to more of Loughran but on he came for last few minutes and almost set up a goal with his first touches , I think we need a lanky cb on loan I love it when they read blue & amber ๐ Welcome josh ๐
