Alex Rodman superb pundit on Radio Shropshire. What a difference. I watched on iFollow with Reading commentary to avoid Steve Cross - just listening to the stats from Alex rodman and wishing I’d stayed with radio Shropshire. I agreed with the reading commentary- I would have taken Bowman off rather than Bloxham and played Bloxham through the middle. Bloxham was fantastic in the first half. those stats from rodman were amazing - Paul hurst is the messiah or you watched on IPTV I watched on ifollow, there was no Steve cross on town commentary , it was Rodman who was very good

Lovely reading the reaction of their fans on social media and their forum, I know some our fans found the reaction of Derby fans entertaining at failing to beat 'teams like Shrewsbury' but at least they are in a promotion battle so you can understand the reaction. I'm not sure Reading fans quite realise they are on the same amount of points as us

Absolutely brilliant! A double if I remember correctly! A double of 3-2 wins! Not quite as dramatic as earlier in the season. Think town have only scored 3 goals in a league game 3 times this season and 2 of them are against Reading. Wish we could play them more often!

Was sceptical of him coming back as didn't seem to make much sense at the time. But in this set up he's in his natural role and a continuation of the role he was doing at Morecambe too where he seemed to go down well. So it looks like exactly what you want from a loan. Great goal today. Let's hope there is more of the same.

Shrewsbury have discarded players not looking like they will make it in the past and some have gone on to better things. Hopefully with Hurst, Doig and MM we will get the best out of them, or loan out to improve them, and not waste our youngsters talents in the future.

He has only done what any other half decent manager could have done. I'm sure most of us on here could have improved us compared to MT.

He definitely deserves credit for doing the basics and the obvious right from the start of his return. It didn’t have to be a given. But I would agree that it is a little early to be going too overboard because you are right, he’s just done what the vast majority of the fanbase would have done also . So credit from me but not to gushing.

Just watched very brief highlights and have to say those 3 goals were excellent.
I had fully intended going but the other half had different ideas!
Well done boys

Reading haven't lost at home in the league since 9th December...
First things first...we were best all over the park from start to finish. We were insanely good. Feeney was the only one who had a bit of a struggle at times as they tried to exploit him being out of position as often as they could. We were in control for 80% of the game, it was as close to domination as I've seen from a Town side in many years.
Marosi - 6 Benning - 7 Pierre - 6 Dunkley - 6 Feeney - 6 Shipley - 7 Winchester - 7 Hinchy - 7 Bloxham - 8 Bayliss - 7 Bowman - 7
Sraha - 7 Kenneh - 6

Hurst gets no credit from me yet. He has only done what any other half decent manager could have done. I'm sure most of us on here could have improved us compared to MT. We've just won against a team who had won 5 and draw once from their last 6 home games. If you can't give him any credit after that then there's no hope

Would've enjoyed you cantering us to six on the bounce as soon as Winchester was dropped.
