17 points ahead of Luton, then they beat us in the playoffs. Jamie Vardy fired Fleetwood to promotion, he was unplayable. Part of me wants Stockport to tie it all up in the next 3 or games, then we can mentally prepare for the playoffs. Donโt really to go into them gutted and deflated. It does continue to warm the cockles to see just how much you are willing us to be back in the EFL, fair play to you ๐

Plenty of fans, big victories over little teams, are you sure Rob and Ryan actually want to go up? If you do rise to the dizzy heights of L2, you will be the underdog when facing teams like Crewe

Also, R&R are used franchise sport and so the appeal of promotion up the leagues is the very thing that attracted them to European football in the first place. Theyโre not here for the short term and want to take us as far as they can. Thereโs going to be huge investment in the future, and I fully accept RR is the appeal, rather than a small working class town in N Wales. Weโll take it though

TNS, now there's a team that doesn't seem to get ideas above their station. Seemingly happy to be big in the Welsh Premier, pretty much gauranteed European football every season.
Wrexham, on the other hand, seem to think they should be a struggling league side rather than a big fish in a little pool, with big crowds and the thrill of hovering near promotion. I suppose it's because of their anciant history they still crave league status.

It's dizzy times atย your noisy neighbour. Our fans are on Countdown. 2 days 13 hours to go. Like the SAS at Hereford. Our fans are on Red Alert. We're be putting on our seatbelts on for potentially the best Easter league football for decades! It could be an absolute fooookin' cracker! 9500+. Solihull was SOLD OUT months ago. Since then they've opened bocks, dropfed the odd row of tickets here and there. Stockport is SOLD OUT. Away games as well. And others to follow. Even Altrincham's a whopper now. Thousands. Absolute thousands. I have to keep pinching myself. Just to remind myself how good things are. We sold 11000 Wembley tickets to members in 10 hours. It's looking like 9500 on Friday. Look at us now! We're expecting a tough game on Friday. I thin we'll win it. A draw may be prove a good result. The next 5 games for a start look winnable. As for Stockport County? Has there ever been a Stockport 'County'? Counties like Clwyd, Rutland? Shropshirre? Stockports never been a fooookin' county? I can guarantee you that they'll drop points. Psychologically we've banged the stuffing out of them with the Cup game. We just look destined for the very near top. We've got them by the short and curlies. They were foookin' gutted and their fans. On their hands and knees on the pitch and stands. No Wembley yet for these March title winners. Who'se to say foookin' Stockport 'County' don't visit Wembley for the play offs? I'm still looking at winning the league at home against Stockport. Poolside! Plenty of fun left to look forward to this season.

"As for Stockport County? Has there ever been a Stockport 'County'? Counties like Clwyd, Rutland? Shropshire. "
For your information, if you bothered to do your research, you would have found the name comes from a time when Stockport gained County borough status.

Plenty of fun left to look forward to this season. Ahhhh โThe Countyโ now thereโs a club with real History โEstablished in 1883 as Heaton Norris Rovers, in 1890 the name was changed to Stockport County to reflect the town gaining County Borough status. After winning the Lancashire League in 1900, the County gained admittance to the Football League,โ Wrexham โRelegated once more in 2002, they gained immediate promotion in 2002โ03, before worsening financial problems resulted in another relegation and then administration in December 2004. It took 18 months for the club to exit administration and the club's decline on the pitch continued, as they dropped out of the Football League in 2008. Since then Wrexham have had four unsuccessful play-off campaigns in the Conference and National League.โ

There is going to be one hell of a party on here when County win the title.
They have picked up 62 points out of 69 in their last 21 games. Its theirs to lose without any doubt. They will be frightened to play nobody right at the moment.
