Keeper hoofing everything into touch.Defenders second to everything and even when they get the ball they punt it aimlessly forward. Midfield - what midfield? Strikers so deep that Gills May use the old ice hockey ruse and take their net minder off.

I just hope we can get the next goal to at least make a game of it.

Last 6 league games if this stays the same 3 draws and three losses 3 points from 18 certainly not play off form, the cup matches have clouded the issues with our tactics and formation. Lowest goal scorer's in the league with just 24 tells us a lot! Yet a mid-table finish we would all have accepted at the beginning of the season especially iced with a good cup run!

2 more days until the transfer window shuts.
Hopefully, we'll be getting a further 2 or 3 players in.

Best part of the night so far?
That we kicked off at 19:42 so at least I'll get home 3 mins earlier!

Well that was absolute garbage. Following up one of the best 45 mins I've ever seen with one of the worst. I had the misfortune to also be at Doncaster and, amazingly, this is worse. Town so far off the game they might as well be in Essex. No movement, no idea, no creativity. Max's distribution has been appalling and Lang and Udoh have run around aimlessly. A clear foul for the penalty and Gills have simply been better in every department. After Sunday it would be a bit fickle to criticise Sam, so I won't, but... I was a bit puzzled when I saw the lineup this evening, so Stowmarket's half time report doesn't come as too much of a surprise. It didn't look balanced - with too many combinations that have had little time together.

Is he doing something similar tonight?

Sounds embarrassing so far. Definitely seem to be a case of mid table with a cup run this season, which considering many of our recent seasons in L1 isn’t actually a bad thing, something to build on. Just hate hearing the manager and players talk about taking our cup form and performances into the league and that we should be higher in the division then they turn out this crap a few days later, it’s frustrating.

Given we've not won more than 2 in a row all season, I'm gonna chalk it down as relatively inconceivable. Only relatively? I suspect we could win all four and still be off the pace. The top teams are winning consistently now and we'd need to average 2 points a game for the rest of the season to be anywhere near the top 6. I think the 17/1 odds offered after Sunday are more like 170/1 in reality. I will have £5 with you at those odds Bookie Venceremos!! Guess you will lay this bet off?

I didn't as a comeback from 2 goals down against Liverpool reserves doesn't turn Ricketts into a good coach overnight.

1st good news of the evening. Sunderland now one up at Tranmere. Sunderland, as it stands, now only five points off the automatic places with a game in hand. Quite a turnaround from their dreadful run not so long ago.

It's all part of the 18 month plan. Win some, lose some, draw some.
Thankfully, we have the FA Cup run to remember the season by.

Quite a turnaround from their dreadful run not so long ago. I'm very pleased that Tranmere, Southend and Bolton are so far adrift of us, and that only 3 go down as a result of Bury's demise. Otherwise, we are only 6 points ahead of an improving MK Dons.

Glad I did'nt waste a tenner on IFollow tonight and hoping they put in a much better performance on Sat. Yet to see a decent performance at Spotland in many a year.

What’s the name of the guy who commentates with Stuart Dunn?
Has to be one of the worst commentators ever, constantly moaning and doesn’t actually have a clue what he’s on about.
And he has just named Brad Walker, who has been awful, as man of the match.

Such a backwards step under ricketts since he has arrived nothing has changed since he arrived here and to this day ! Keep eleven consistent players each week , and have a solid back four (4-4-2) back to basics ! , Liverpool draw has papered over the cracks

Feel sorry for the fans.
I only wasted a tenner on ifollow.
Absolutely awful. No positives. No wins in 6. Let’s hope for better at Rochdale.

Well that was pretty dire.
Have bought two ifollow passes this season, Doncaster and tonight. At least whilst working in Holland for a few days I’ve only wasted €6 rather than £10 ☹️☹️☹️

after such a wonderfull game against Liverpool , whilst i excpected changes and they were needed after such a tough game and possibly 3 games in 7 day. This was disapointing performance. whilst we have had some good team performances we have also had some dire ones and we can add this one to the c**p list.

Can’t be both. You obviously can’t keep playing the same players two games a week, there has to be some rotation, come on.

Feels weird how we’ve gone from having one of the best defences in the league to being a leaky mess. That’s 6 matches in the league without a win now and I think it’s time for one or two to start bucking up their ideas. The FA cup won’t save Ricketts from a barrage of criticism if we get dragged into a relegation dogfight. I think we’ll be okay though and it’s just a rough patch.
