So we have four joint-top scorers, including the prolific Owen Goal... Good sides share the goals around....

Delighted for the away fans who attended and enjoyed a well-deserved mental with the winner finished right in front of them.
Commiserations to Exceeper and his squad of ‘Beccles’ haters, who have had their evening thoroughly ruined by Omar providing the assist for the winning goal. This was alongside an imperious display, dubious penalty aside. Never mind Exceeper, northwestman et al, hopefully he’ll have a stinker on Saturday eh?

Fantastic comeback that surely nobody saw coming at 2-0.
Let's hope this is the start of something (ie a Salop side that knows where the back of the net is!)

Enjoyed that! Plenty of signs that this team does know what it's doing. The soft pen knocked us for six and we struggled for ten mins after that, failing to close down a break and conceding a poor 2nd to an excellent move and finish. We huffed and puffed but the game looked lost but a very fortunate ricochet OG and the momentum shifted in a heartbeat. A superb strikers finish for Fej will hopefully give him confidence and he must start Saturday, and a strong finish from Udoh after hesitant defending from Stanley and that was it in a quite remarkable game.
Giles looks a fine player and Goss looked fabulous, with some excellent technique and vision. Pierre and Beckles both strong. Despite what happened tonight this team won't concede too many. The positive tonight was finally we had more of a grip in the middle. McCormick started well but faded badly but Edwards was full of running and looks a re energised player from the injury and fitness afflicted player we saw last season. Goss played some immense balls but, again, it was our inability to finish chances that looked to have cost us, Edwards had three half chances, Fej a decent half chance, Whalley at least one decent half chance and a real gilt edge chance, and Goss struck his well but straight down the keeper. Love also missed a 2nd half sitter and on another day we'd have been out of sight by half time.
Morison never poor, but didn't really effect the game, and won't start Saturday. Fej hopefully will grow in confidence after a fantastic finish.
Credit to O'Leary too, who has a touch of the Henderson about him.
Things coming together pretty well all told.

They're still looking for their first win of the season, maybe that played a part?

Fantastic comeback and spirit. That’s exactly what we lacked last season. I think we should start to get a little bit excited. The goals we conceded were a bit unlucky too, plenty of positives but some negatives too. Great determination to get the win, big confidence boot to do that early on in the season. But that was growth and improvement. We’ve played better tonight than we did against Rochdale and we’ve started to really get going. We didn’t deserve to be 2-0 down and even then the back 3 didn’t play that bad overall. We could have been winning the game at halftime. It was much more fluid and attacking. I still think we need another striker and Morrison dropped ASAP but overall we are so close to a really good solid side. Played 4 - won 2, drawn 1 and lost 1 and I still don’t feel we are close to our best yet. Make no bones about it, tonight character and that is a really, really good sign.

Some absolutely devastated “fans” on here tonight...even more on Facebook..!
Hey ho though, only 4 more days until we lose or draw and you can get back to having a moan.
Hang on..we only had 42% possession and one of the goals was an own goal..!
Rome wasn’t built in a day, good things come to those who wait etc.
Fair play tonight Sam and the squad...

Not often we win at Accrington, I’ll take that, however it comes. Great comeback, inspired substitutions (!), pleased for Udoh scoring on his debut ( it very well too) & Okenabirhie showing what a good finisher he is.
Bit wobbly overall but lots of promise. Great save from O’Leary to prevent 3-1, he was excellent. Goss, Love & Giles did well too.
What a relief.

That could have been about 5-5.
A high-scoring draw would probably have been about right, and Accrington will be gutted, but it was a fantastic watch. I feel a lot more cheerful about the season now, not so much because of the win but more because I'm now a lot more optimistic that it won't necessarily be a dull grind.
It was great to see the two young strikers each bagging a goal too. Hopefully at least one of them to start on Saturday.

Amazing game 2-0 down was a little flattering to them but I still thought we could get back into it and then Thompson made a great run to announce we hadn’t give up , Giles followed this up by producing a goal from nothing as he had threatened to most of the game , and then the other 2 subs , 2 acts of never give up gave us a win, 2 great finishes and now given the manager a headache up front for the first time this season, time was running out but they have stopped the clock, town players looked very much a happy bunch after the whistle Well done town I had a tenner on 3-1 , oh well can’t have everything

Pace and power from Udoh for the goal. Start him on Saturday if he's fully fit. Classic poacher's goal from Fey as well.
Pleased Beckles had a good game, that was never a pen.
Huge kudos to SR though, got it spot on with those changes.
8th in League One now, and three goals scored away from home.
Now everyone shut up moaning and get behind em.

I can moan at you for your bulls**t. The man is 35 nearly 36 years old. His game isn't rampaging around the field. He won the majority of headers and flicks tonight. Hes never going to be all action striker. Give it to his feet or head and he will as he did bring others into play including the move that Love missed the sitter on. For me id be tempted to go fejiri and udoh Saturday just for momentum sake and I think longer term we are better with that extra pace and aggression in the team. But for christ sake this illusion and abuse of morison that he's lazy needs to stop.

Okenabirhie and Udoh to start on Saturday. Okenabirhie will have his confidence boosted and we all know he’s capable of getting 20 goals a season. Udoh has done more in 10 mins than Morison has in 5 games.

GET IN!!!! Morrison surely down the pecking order now next game? Morison down the M1 back to Millwall would be better Morrison was in the mix which led to us getting our first goal I wouldnt moan if he was starting on the bench Saturday but he did work hard again tonight , all 3 subs produced a moment of magic but udoh looked more comfortable to me with a cool finish just from chasing a lost ball I personally think Morison and udoh might be worth a try with Whalley fejiri and Thompson to come on

That's why I'll never leave a game until the final whistle..
We seemed to grow a pair of balls and fight towards goal when their second (and very good, unstoppable goal imo) went in.
I didn't cheer when Morison went off, I cheered when Fejiri came on, he and Udoh both need to start on Saturday, tonight exemplified that.
On a sidenote, no hate towards Accringtom Stanley, they looked like deserved winners. Great away facilities and relaxed staff too.
Roll on Burton! 🔷️🔶️

I was almost cringing watching those who’d spend 75 minutes screaming abuse and rubbish then dancing round the front. We played well tonight except for the period between Accrington going 1-0 up and us pulling one back, a period when a number of our fans turned, only to soon turn back. Laughable.
