There are no worthwhile posters who come on here to be popular - and you could never accuse Pilch of doing that, he's far too annoying! I'd say you made yourself look silly all on your own. If you say so.... Boooooo!

In line with this very weird season the few times we have kept the same team following a decent performance (eg Barnsley) we have been ‘rewarded’ with abject displays
If SR was picking a more consistent team (which to some extent he was in his earlier games) & we struggling he would be getting pelters for not changing it.
I don’t mind changing the team f there is a logical reason such as the opposition/conditions/fatigue however there were clear issues with the selection on Saturday which sadly proved to be correct
Admittedly Fey is not in the form he was but his pace, movement & potential goal threat should definitely put his ahead of the consistently disappointing AAH who has been handed plenty of chances to prove his many doubters wrong.
Although he isn’t the messiah some people seem to believe Docherty also offers similar qualities to Fey, aa well as plenty of drive which the team badly missed against a solid, stubborn but pedestrian Wycombe team
I actually agreed with leaving Grant out as with Campbell, Fey, Docherty & Whalley (playing in his natural position) would have asked so many more questions of the Chairboys & in particular their unconvincing keeper on his league debut.
Didn’t like some of the stuff chanted while some of it was fair enough. In many ways it is better that we are actively engaged in the game rather than apathetic acceptance of a very poor performance
I really hope we can build on the undeserved win & pull clear of relegation
I still feel that SR & many of the players have the ability to learn a lot from this season’s struggles & be much better next season.
I look at some of the January business (most notably Williams & Campbell) as proof that SR has made some good decisions & still has the potential to be a long term success

This season started the moment we lost the Play-Off Rotherham, the seeds already sown, i.e Hurst & the manner he left. The fans were hugely gutted by it all, & the unconvincing appointment of Askey, and as early as the Home Blackpool game it manifested to the shambles we have now. The fans this term have been vocal, loyal in attendances, patient, & my main point is the negativity is out of frustration yes at the players when they make mistakes, which is a result of the team selection, line up & probably the weeks work at Sundorne.
We know the squad is better than its position, we were better than the likes of Wimbledon or Wycombe, but the team is playing with one arm tied behind its back.

Free pass for the players it is then - when they make a mistake, it's not really them making a mistake, it's because of the manager's decisions. I'm amazed at how hard it seems to be for so many people to accept that the team we have simply isn't very good, just like most of the teams we've had in League 1.

Last season's heroics and us spending a lot of money for a club out size in the summer has raised expectations amongst the fans.
If it was a "normal season" fans would have been a lot more patient and understanding.
The fact is though in the summer we had our best ever chance at pushing the club on 10 years. We made a lot of money and were seen as a decent league 1 club on the rise. We then appointed Askey, lost our best players and have had a crap season.
That is why the fans are demanding more.
