"Someone has to pay of the deficit". A flashing neon sign above his head that reads "I don't know what I am talking about"

I genuinely believe that if the nasty party put a blue rosette on a monkey, it would win the seat at a General Election. Thinking about it, they have done that before. The rest of the thread suggests that this proposition has already been tested.

I really wish I hadn't read this NWM . It is absolutely beyond belief that a father could do such a thing to his 5 year old daughter because he " doubted her virginity " . To think that such a monster is free and carrying on life as normal . In all seriousness it has upset me somewhat , unbelievably cruel . I would love to hear what our MP has to say . To think that our government has and continues to trade with this Country who still execute their citizens in quite barbaric fashion and treats their women as nothing more than worthless is beyond contempt .

It's also interesting that Kawczynski should champion Saudi Arabia, bearing in mind its attitude to gay rights. That might be an interesting discussion point for him to raise during his next visit. Or perhaps not. After all, why take a moral stand on something close to your heart when there is money to be made?

What a horrendous barbaric act. As disgusting as it seems, little Lama is most certainly in a better place now than if she had remained with her monster of a father. Saudi Arabia and the apologists for their inhumane laws- including our treasured MP- need a serious look at themselves! Will it ever happen........ Extremely unlikely

His lack of awareness of the geopolitical situation is worrying.
While he shills for the Saudis I wonder if he ever thinks about funding for terrorist groups that propagate their version of Islam.

Interesting to read that Kawczynski spent much of Goves session bobbing up and down angrily trying to catch the Speakers attention while shouting out loud " Disgraceful " and "Breathtaking ignorance ".whenever Saudi's record on human rights was questioned. However , just over halfway through the session he was passed a note . He read it before throwing it angrily to one side . He then remained seated and more or less silent .
I just wonder what was in the note and , more importantly , who was the scribe.
Think our Daniel is not flavour of the month in the Tory party , if he ever has been that is .

Mr K has been defending his links: www.shropshirestar.com/news/2015/10/15/shrewsbury-mp-daniel-kawczynski-dismisses-saudi-links/He said: “What I resent is the suggestion it is donation. It is not a donation to me or my party. It is just that they have paid for a ticket and accommodation.
“I frankly resent the way the media suggests that if we have gone to a country at the invitation of another country that you are going to be influenced.
“You do have to go overseas and establish relationships with other countries. British lives have been saved because of intelligence we have received.”
Well have you been influenced Mr K, or is it just that you happen to share the same beliefs as your Saudi hosts? I think your voters have a right to know the answer to that. Playing the national security card is cheap too. These questions have nothing to do with that.

So is he suggesting that the All Party Saudi Group have received intel that they passed on to British security organisations, or is he talking generally.
I don't believe the former and the latter has nothing to do with what his group do.

Everyone should stop being nasty to Daniel. Which of us can honestly say the Saudi Royal family hasn't spent £15,000 putting us up in a fine hotel and providing us with fine food and drink. Happens most weeks to me - they are just a good bunch of lads providing some hospitality
Nothing to see here

No special treatment from me, no sirree. Objectivity is my watch word.

I don't believe the former and the latter has nothing to do with what his group do. Quite. I doubt the All Party Saudi Group would have the necessary security clearances (unless any members had a covert role that is). And if he's talking generally, well, we could use that to excuse anything in the present climate. Not really good enough.
