I heard a different point of view in the pub from a Bulls fan last night. He still attends games at Edgar Street, and doesn't see the sense of a boycott. He was none too complimentary about the Trust either. Its a point of view I suppose but one held by only a tiny minority of Bulls fans

He was none too complimentary about the Trust either. Its a point of view I suppose but one held by only a tiny minority of Bulls fans I did politely point out to him that lots of promises had been broken, no money had been produced, and why would someone with no affinity to Hereford want to take over the club, but his view was that it was better than having no club at all.

unless £million paid into court by 16.30 19/12/14, HU will be wound up. sounds as though Judge p**sed off, has heard case 3 times now, and has pen poised at the ready.

This might sound like BS but I overheard two fellas in suits on the London to Worcester train this afternoon explaining what happened today. No idea who they were, but they made some pretty damning remarks regarding the proof of funds.

Will the FA block the Hereford fans forming a Phoenix club while Hereford United are still in existence? Whats is blocking setting one up, can they just cut all ties with Hereford United leaving it and it's owners to it? Similar to what Darlington fans did in the end.

Would think they've only got to wait till Friday, if the new owner does come up with the £1m I guess that will show some commitment but can't see the court accepting any more excuses.......

No idea who they were, but they made some pretty damning remarks regarding the proof of funds. They showed a copy of the proof of funds letter on the bulls news site - looked like it was knocked up after a few jars, spelling errors, poor lay outs, incorrect information etc etc. Bear in mind a previous tall tale of investment was that this Lonsdale character had a letter of investment from....Belize! A haven for money laundering!

Interesting note on Bulls News about the alledged letter submitted in court suggesting that Lonsdale has access to £5m in an Italian bank account...and lists his address. Quick look on Google Maps suggests that the address relates to a fairly modest detached house in Ashford, Surrey - hardly the Playboy Mansion of a multi-millionaire 'owner' of a football club.
Starting to sound like Hairyfraud's best option is whatever Santa leaves under the tree in the 24th December....so fear they're doomed and won't see 2015.

if they survive Fridsy then it will be the biggest miracle since the raising of Lazerus from the dead.

Despite all the banter between Shrewsbury and Hereford in the past we have to acknowledge that prior to all this farce that Hereford generally had a good name in football circles because of their cup exploit. The question now must be if they do go forward with the new regime what sort of club will emerge and will they be able to trade or will they simply be shunned by the rest of the football world only to fail in the end.

Notice Mr Lonsdale spelt whether as weather. Indeed he did. He also spent CCJ as £1 million.

Yes and Andrew Lonsdale didn't show up at the hearing "stuck in traffic" . Is that where the money has been all along?

Finally after being put through the mill for 6 months by a bunch of complete crooks, the true fans of HUFC can have cause to celebrate.
Great news and no doubt all the sweeter for those that have boycotted in that it serves as a big big middle finger to the 'owners', Southern League, FA and that parasite non-boycotter that wished cancer on them all.
We need rivals to make our games interesting and although it may be a while before we see them I look forward to the day we entertain the new Hereford team.

Maybe sad but it was inevitable and was dragged out far too long. At least now those interested can start to move and set up another club run by the supporters.
In many ways today is a good day for the club
