My first post on here and how very sad it is to see a world famous club collapsing like a pack of domino's. Just who is this World famous Club you talk of?

However they probably do both have something in common but I can't quite think what it is at the moment!!! The fans have a deep connection with the cows... I mean that the people are inseparable from their famous cattle... That is to say the residents of the city dearly love their bovine buddies... I mean... THEY'RE A BUNCH OF BULL BUGGERERS!!

Well I went on the "funeral march" today. There were some pretty clued up people taking part, and none of us could work out what the hell is going on. We were talking about Foyles winding up meeting on Monday and how we needed directors, but to appoint directors as we haven't sort of got anybody, would need an EGM of shareholders, which would take at least 28 days. Well now it appears we have two directors from registered premises in Leigh, specialising in waste disposal, a Mr John Harold Edwards and Ms Elke Thuerling. Wonderful !!

I just saw it on Midlands today - John = Ex-Landlord being interviewed, think it was him anyway.
You're better off cutting your losses and coming up the A49 and getting behind us now, you'll have to all smarten up a bit mind.

Missed the funeral march. I hope it's on tonight.
The most important thing now, is that the fans unite to get control of the club.

Some real gallows humour on Bulls Banter!
It's become a very entertaining read.

50 was more than enough to make the point. The only time the council were available to take the petition was 12.15 on a Thursday, a time when a lot of fans were working. If it had been a Saturday a lot more would have gone.

The new owner is said to be seeking a CVA meaning that 75% of the creditors will have to agree to it and hope to get a tiny percentage of what they are owed. This seems to scupper the winding up order in the High Court scheduled for Monday.

With any club, it doesn't matter who has shares, the supporters are the owners. Without the fans, there isn't a club. I hope the supporters of HUFC can get control and take the club away from the madness going on at the moment. Both Wrexham and Chester have done it, so it's very possible if they stick together.

Hereford fans threatening Grays fans about wanting to support their team at Edgar Street is a bit like AFC Wimbledon fans threatening every set of away supporters who want to watch their team at MK Franchise? Think they are overstepping the mark with Grays fans.

No threats were made. It is just a made up story by one of the shady characters involved. Several clubs have already refused to play Hereford as they recognise what is going on, but Grays has a foot in each camp.

If I had a football club, I wouldn't arrange a friendly with Hereford under the present regime.
Well done to all the clubs that have turned down the opportunity.

I'd take posts such as "your coach won't get within 500 yards of the ground" and "your fans may get caught up in the crossfire" as threats if I was a Grays fan travelling up. All because the six fingered ones don't like a bloke called Joel Nathan, the chief executive of Grays. Laughable.

Well done to all the clubs that have turned down the opportunity. If Salop arranged a friendly at Hereford I wouldn't attend... and the ground is only a mile away from my house! But to threaten the Grays supporters who want to make the long journey from Essex is out of order IMO.... they probably just want to support their team and may not have a true understanding of the situation? I know HUFC are 'world famous' but somehow I just cant imagine too many people in that corner of Essex understanding too much of the club's situation...

The High Court postponed a decision on a Winding Up Order this morning for 7 days as a CVA was proposed. If one is agreed then that's a 10 point deduction and all football creditors would have to be paid by the end of next season I think.

Why can't the courts just put the bloody club out of its misery and let it be reborn? Surely they must have enough information about the bunch of spivs' trying to make a fast buck and the trust that want to save football in Hereford to be able to make a decision.

Hereford have been granted a further adjournment in the winding-up petition brought by ex-Bulls boss Martin Foyle. The troubled club, who had the case adjourned on 2 June, were granted a further seven days' grace on Monday. BBC Hereford & Worcester reports that United may be looking to apply for a Companies Voluntary Arrangement in order to work out a payment plan with their creditors, including Foyle. They are now due to reconvene at the Royal Courts of Justice on 6 July. Since first appearing in court in London on 2 June, the club have been taken over by London businessman Tommy Agombar, who has since stood down as a director. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28099602
