According to his Twitter page-
Going out on loan, let you know where when I've been into sign papers. Sad to be leaving Shrewsbury

Dejavu Faltering striker with obvious ability leaves Salop to undoubtedly rediscover his scoring touch

Disappointed if true.
Frustrating and inconsistent, yes but also with the talent to be a match winner on his day.

One of the few players I've enjoyed watching over the last 18 months to be honest.
Leaves us short up front in my opinion.

well Elder is due back soon and as it is only a one month loan maybe it is just to keep him match fit with a recall clause in it as 6-7 strikers we have

Well after last week's experiences, let's hope there's a clause to say he can't play against us wherever he's gone!

Bad move from GT, his first mistake I reckon.
Unless the final signing, if there is to be one, is a brilliant striker then this makes no sense.
We lack goals atm, and despite his drought, he is our 2nd top scorer and is seemingly one of the only ones that can run at teams, keep the ball on the floor etc. Giving him a month to score for one of our rivals for the playoffs (lets face it thats all we can get) seems pure stupidity.

He's not there for a month, he's there for the season.
He said see you in a month cos that's when we go down there to play them

Not a brilliant decision that, in my opinion. Sending him out to a team only 6 points behind us. But he wants to be playing football an he's not getting a look in at the moment. Good luck to him.

This really is a very odd decision. I have been left very disappointed with this transfer window. Optimism has to be at an all time low for this season.

Never going to be that 25 goal a season man but always has a trick under his belt (as seen in Asamoah)

Can't say I'm enthused about letting Robinson go & we haven't sovled the mdfield conundrum (again) but it's not been all bad. Signing Wright and Collins made sense and Grandison at first look appears useful. Equally, offloading Holden, Lewis Neal and Kris Bright is no loss. At least we haven't wasted any transfer money have we?

he's been shipped out for his twittering, nothing to do with the football! Exactly. No point keeping a bad one who will cause problems.
