Excellent display, thing that I liked most was the fact we came back and even with ten men we played excellent.
Man of the match? The whole team.
Good start lets build on that!

Slightly scared! That was rather impressive! Wingers, cross field passes, great organisation and entertainment! Not even a late wobble when down to ten men. Someone wake me up

Bit of a cagey start but we got a surge of confidence off the back of the equaliser and were outstanding in the second half.
Robinson's finishing was top notch, Wright and Ainsworth were excellent and our midfield were able to pick them out with some great passes.
Shame about the sending off but Turner didn't panic and send us into 'backs against the wall' mode and we rode out the remainder of the game quite comfortably. Could even have added a fourth.
Enjoyed that!

Very pleasing start......width and speed the obvious difference, both excellent, from last seasons dire rubbish plus Saddler looked a class act to me and nice to see Disley playing where he plays best.
Sharps loads of time very composed but was very slow for me on more than one occasion today hope it was a one off.

Started off a little nervously in the first half but awesome in the second half. It's so nice to see salop play with pace, the two wingers were excellent. Won't get carried away yet but this is a promising start to the season.

Robbo, Ainsworth, Wright and Disley were outstanding. The rest of the team were only brilliant. Great to see pace in the side again, congrats GT and the coaching staff.

agree Sharps looked a bit slow but good in the air. Bit surprised to see Disley playing so far back, deeper than Mcintyre most of the time, was excellent though.

From the friendlies I had expected us to hit the ground running defensively but be a bit nervous going forwards. It was actually the opposite but in the end a very good start

great game to watch, we did everything that we couldnt do at all last season, early days but a very encouraging start. disley looked ok playing in his favoured position,at last we seem to have a manager who can see the benefit of playing players in their best positions.

The team played very very well as a unit. After a dodgi start i thought nothing had changed but as soon as we started passing the ball Bradford looked completely lost.
I'll be blasted as a pesemist, but, Sharps and O'Donnell looked very shakey. Saddler didn't really have a good game and his partnership with Wright was non-existant. Wright played woeful, he ran at the defense but dodged out of so many challenges and headers. He couldn't shoot either.
Ainsworth was absolute class, made the difference, had two brilliant assists for a striker who finally showed why he should be starting with top notch finishing. Harrold looked very decent to me also.
Ben Smith had a good game, the goal was not his fault, the defense were opened up too easy. Disley and Mcintyre played very well but Mcintyre let himself down with the red card.
McaLister looked very good also =]
Hopefully, we can get past the shakeyness and put in magnificent displays like we did in the second half.

Very comfortable win today, why Bradford play passing football when they are setup for hoofball is beyond me. We can only get better, need to cement these points now with a result vs Macclesfield.

A great effort by the whole team today after the opening 20 mins their was only one team in it. The midfeild ran the show today and we always had a outball through AInsworth and wright.Robinson was good today with the 3rd goal a great finish.
9/10 for the whole team today and for those who are nit picking we have just beat a very good side whole will be at the top come the end of the season.

Great result. Make no mistake, Bradford are a very big side, with loads of talent. I thought the wingers were brilliant. Very pleased with them both.

Excellent performance, started of shakey but got better as the game went on. Stand out performers, Ainsworth, Wright and Disley. One player who won't get as much praise is O'Donnell, who kept Hanson and Evans quiet all day, who are a handful, great display Danny Overall nobody had a bad game and the style of play was excellent, keep it going Salop

Robinson and Ainsworth will get all the plaudits but for me Mark Wright and Daniel O'Donnell were outstanding, especially O'Donnell who was up against some real bruisers in the Bradford front line.
The only sour note was a moment of complete and utter lunacy from Mcintyre who up until then would've earned my man of the match performance, didn't deserve applause as he marched off after the red card for such stupidity and he'll struggle to regain his place now with Mcallister a more than able replacement.

absolutely brilliant, specially second half, you could see most of the team had played at higher level than division 2 [4th diversion] the passing, vision and the positional play on the pitch,it brought out the best of Dislley, probably the best game I have seen him in a town shirt, and Harrold,I dont care i dos'nt score a hat ful of goals, because the way he holds up the ball,he's aweness of others, absoutely class, ten times the player Hibbert was.

good result, Robinson is man of the match for the hat-trick, but Mark Wright a close 2nd, Disley's finally playing in his best position, Harrold was hard and unlucky with the decisions today, I thought Sharps was slow but looks good everywhere else, Ainsworth was good without being fantastic, Sadler was good and better than a Skarz the pessimist in me says the back four will look better with a Holden at right back and Sherriff at centre half but thats just me,

Started off nervously but played brilliantly as the game wore in.
Jake Robinson great hatrick today.
Ainsworth and Wright were excellent and provided great service.
Great performance all around.
The atmosphere was fantastic.
Roll on Charlton on Tuesday night!!!

Someone slap me an wake me up i must be dreaming, was that Shrewsbury Town i just watched play football on the ground and scoring well worked goals. Not even a wobble when down to 10 men. Man of the match is a tough call, Robinson should get it for getting a hatrick, but i was very impressed with Disley, his best performance for us in a Town shirt. 1st DISLEY 2nd ROBINSON 3rd the TEAM except Macca stupid and not called for, played very well and was close to man of match till his sending off.

Good performance and an excellent result, although let's not get carried away - Bradford were average and there's a long way to go yet.
Brilliant to see us trying to knock the ball around and play with width and flair. Thought both wingers were excellent today - absolute light-years ahead of what was out wide last season.
Another pleasing thing was that last season's players who made the starting line-up looked a hell of a lot better with some quality around them. McIntyre, for example, will rightly be castigated for his sending off, but up until then he was putting in one his best ever performances in a Town shirt.

One more point:
Matt Harrold, everything Hibbert wished he was. Can hold the ball up, wins his headers and can control a ball, unlike last years number 9

Windsor Junior I think you have watched a different game to the rest of us. I thought Wright was excellent and Sadler showed what a class player he is and why we will never be able to have him on a permanent basis. So pleased for Robinson ---he took so much stick last season some of it unjustified, and he looks like he may turn out to be that 20 goals a season man we have been clamouring for. A word of praise for Harrold who got nothing off the ref. all game and can only go on to develop an even better understanding with Robinson. Sharps did start shakely but recoved and marshalled the back line superbly when we went down to 10 men.
