Rob
be very careful, it may be a scam.
Does it come from Ebay.co.uk, or .com?
I know you know the ropes, but I find it hard to believe that it is worth the hassle for Ebay to take anyone to court for a few quid. Seems more likely that some scammers are trying to get your bank details.

I fear it may well be real A letter courtesy of Robinson, Way and Company Limited with my account number and reference number at the top, also only a soliciter would think to add £10 onto the final amount to cover the cost of printing of a ready made letter Am afraid, although ingornace is no excuse that i did not know about this relisting facility, as I have pointed out to ebay, they can easily check with the person who pulled out of the auction. Thanks for the help guys, email is ideal, but i may have toi write to ebay personally ( ) Unfortunatly this may become a greater pain in the as I have no intention of paying untill ebay at least acknowledge the emails i have sent to them (which lets face it probably wont happen, as its never happened in the past) Ever tried to reclaim money back froma fraudulent seller??? Well don't bother Ebay couldnt give a s**te and just have you running round and round in circles before doing jack s**te. Oh well graveyard shift is fast approaching, time to take out my anger on the pork pies and meat pies

When it comes to contacting ebay you have no chance whatsoever. They are very selective about what they read / hear. If you are offering them money then they will be quite happy to take pay attention, anything else and they don't give a damn. If somebody does not pay you then the best thing to do is file an inpaid item dispute. You will then be able to reclaim your final value fees. Your listing fees are non refundable but if you were to relist the auction and it sells the second time round then they will refund your second lot of fees. I reported an auction today for the weeks top 40 music albums all mp3'd on a DVD disc. Ebays responce was there wasn't enough evidence to suggest any rules were being broke. ****ing usless. No wonder i'm selling bugger all with all the fakes clogging the place up
