and if they don't then likely to be one of Stoke, Charlton, Wigan, Hull or even Huddersfield who are all with in 4 points of Middlesbrough. Hull or Hudders for me - two of the only nine clubs that I have yet to visit. I vote for Hull on that basis .... 1 of 6 (soon to be 7) that I need

Realistically, Harrogate are the only Club left that can overtake Barrow. Only 5 points behind them with 10 games left. Barrow also have to play Halifax (3rd) Yeovil (4th) and Notts County (6th). I believe a visit to Betty's Tea Rooms is a must if Harrogate make it into the League and we draw them in a Cup Competition!

I was hoping for Reading to come down as not been to the Madjeski, but they must be safe now Me too - that’s another of my 9. League One next season looks to hold no new trips from the likely promoted clubs, although Forest Green now play at a different ground to the one we visited in the Conference, so I am hoping for at least one of the clubs mentioned above to fall. Newcastle in the cup would be good as it would only leave Man U of all the teams north of Shrewsbury, plus Hull or Huddersfield. Unless Town ever play at Old Trafford, I am about as likely to visit there for any other game, as Pilch would be to Anfield..

I dont normally go to away games but if Harrogate can get promoted i have just seen Bettys tea room only thing i could be late for the game .

Interesting comment by an Ipswich fan on Fleetwood. 'Will be an incredibly tough game. Also an incredibly tough team to predict how they will line up. Last 4 games have seen them opt for 4 different formations, 2 of which were 4 at the back, 2 of which were 3. Last 4 games have been Wycombe, Peterborough, Portsmouth and Sunderland. Won 3 Drew 1. On a great run'. Fleetwood remain by some distance the best team I've seen in League 1 this season. We controlled the first third of that match and were comprehensively outplayed once they scored against the run of play. Four points off 2nd with a game in hand (and a much better footballing side than Rotherham). Lost fewer matches than anyone except Coventry. Whatever anyone might think of Barton, he's doing an excellent job there.

Perhaps we’re not that bad then! They’ve certainly hit form at a good time.

We are certainly not that bad. We played Rochdale off the park with a similar display to the Bristol Rovers one, but failed to take any of the very presentable chances that came our way. Hopefully the change of formation will now see that change.

If you consider Tranmere are at home on Sat and we are well Coventry away 6 points then, when you think not so long along we was 18 points ahead, come on Blackpool pull your finger out.

Okay squeaky bum time Tranmere 2-0 There'll still be a sizeable gap between us if Tranmere win tonight, in addition to which there are four more teams between us and them. If we can reproduce anything like the form we showed on Saturday, until Pierre's injury and a bad referee intervened, we'll have no problems, even in the unlikely event that all five of those teams hit a late purple patch. No room to be complacent but absolutely no need for us to be getting edgy either.
