Cue the scene: My sis and stepdad phone up the STFC office during the week, "Will the club shop be open on Saturday?" they asked, "Yes dont worry, someone will be there to open up the shop." came the reply. So at 9am they were waiting outside, along with a few others, for the shop/reception to open, but no one turned up, Sam Aiston also turned up during this time, and was also seemingly surprised that no one was in the premises. At 10am my sis got fed up of waiting and left, I'm not having a dig at Sib here as she does a bloody good job of running the shop, but if someone in the office at STFC says the shop (or at least a member of staff who could open the shop) will be open on Saturday morning, then surely it should be? Some of the staff at STFC do my bloody head in.

Its alrite Sib I didnt particularly expect you to have been there on Saturday morning, but my sis was told there would be someone at the club to open up the shop on Saturday morning so only to find out there wasnt isnt a very good PR exercise on the club's behalf.
