Alright lads? Bet you're smirking about your pints tonight in Englund? Let me whisper in your ears..... We over Chester by breakfast time today for a pint. Getting up at 7 am to cross the border for a pint on enemy territory? People say boxing's the 'biggest discipline'. Training. Out on the roads at 6 am etc... Dedication. You try making the booze bus at 7.30 am at Wrexham Bus Station on a flipin Saturday morning for Chester when the pubs open? That's 'dedication' And the women? It was as if Tom Jones had stepped out of the Tardis in 1969 in Chester today.... The PPE is deceiving ...

Champions again. This flipin' banner was 30 years in the making surely? Definately no rush for a "Wrexham back in the league" banner either. Unless it's a back in the Sunday pub league one.

For 3 months or so, I've counted myself fortunate during the pandemic. I'm one of the lucky ones. I had a haircut at Rhosnesni Barbers Wrexham, the day before lockdown. Rhosnesni Barbers Wrexham. Β£6 'Gents haircut' Hand the specialist a tenner...and "Keep Β£2 for yourself. Have the first drink on me when you're on holiday all inclusive in Cancun in November. "
Now I look like Lian flipin' Gallagher. It's appointments only in Wales from 'possible dates'....
There's nothing on TV either....You've got to cheer yourself up in lockdown....

Alright lads!
We're all lookin' forward to Monday when all the pubs and clubs can open inside
It's one BIG extended weekend! Monday night's going to be like New Years flipin' EVe!
In Wrexham, the football lads, we reckon it's 2 or 3 seasons till we play Shrowsburry in the League
We can't wait. Total takeover. Pubs by 10 am.
2 opr 3 seasons max Shrowsbury...
Ask Chester....they know what it's like....
(Drumroll & fanfare)....
Chester taken over, THe Greatest Story Ever Told.

Will there still be a Wrexham FC in two or three years time. If I was a Wrexham supporter I would lower my sights. Playing against Shrewsbury in a League match will not happen ever again.

So, Stevenage, Kings Lynn, Altrincham, Wealdstone and Weymouth for Wrexham to play next season.
Wrexham should be grateful to Altrincham for beating Boston, otherwise that would have been 5 extra long distance trips for them.

Seems like every village team going is leapfrogging Wrexham up into the Football League these days. Meanwhile Bootleggers boys seem only to swirl closer to the plug hole of obscurity with every passing year....
To be fair thereβs some real blast from the past names in the Conference next year. Can see myself doing a lot more non league in the coming season if the restrictions are less onerous....

Wonder if Notorious remembers playing the likes of Ipswich, Sunderland, Portsmouth etc.
