An entertaining takedown of our pathetic MP by the New Statesman:
The fact he thinks he is worthy of a ministerial post, admittedly in an appalling government, beggars belief. Truly delusional.
I love the description of him as "a 6ft 8in physical giant and intellectual pygmy." And the remark: "For one so tall much goes over his head.”

Danny K in a ministerial position? I don’t think even this clown convention government can sink that low, can it?

Yet there will be people on this board who have genuinely voted for him 4 times because "what's the alternative?" (Let me see, er, a doctor with real life experience as opposed to a career politician, and not a good one at that? Yeah, sounds like a terrible alternative that. Better keep voting Danny K in).

The man is an international embarrassment, the fact he’s our longstanding MP shames us and all those who vote him in.

I’m not one for using cheap shots but ‘lanky dullard’ seems a pretty accurate description.

Thick as a post. He wants immigrants to be sent back to their “home” country, whilst conveniently forgetting where his family were from. Very Trump like.

His behaviour in the house was an embarrassment yesterday - said nothing at all but gave plenty of insults and heckles to anyone with a view other than that held by Jacob Rees-Mogg.

To give him some credit - whilst he may not contribute to the debates, he does always vote on Brexit topics.

It's not the Doctor that's the issue it's the potential for the Labour gang of four leading/running our country that frightens the hell out of me as PM, Vice PM, Chancellor & Home Secretary! With them at the top no way am I going to vote for Labour or spoil my vote voting Liberal, Green, UKiP etc. Yvette Cooper on the other hand?

I know it’s the narrative pushed by the government but I can’t help but think food banks, a crumbling health service, poverty and knife crime may bother people to!?

Lanky Dullard finally finds backbone. It's amusing that he mentions Unicorns too..... maybe today marks the start of the collapse of the house of cards. Let's hope so !!

They're an absolute disgrace. Come to that, why is our Dan voting for Conservative bills when half of his constituents voted against the tories in the last election? Surely he should be representing them. Such a ludicrous fallacy and fundamental misunderstanding of a representative democracy.

Does make you wonder if the North West Relief Road money was a bribe considering how quickly he's ditched the ERG and is now right behind the government. Interesting times, he really has no care for the voters in the area. Can't blame him entirely though, it's the system that's wrong.

Not to mention Education. It is said that half of Shrewsbury's Primary Schools are looking at making redundancies to stay within reduced budgets

NHS / Policing / Schools / Poverty (not necessarily in that order)..
Wouldn't 19BILLION pounds per year go a long way to help start sorting the UK out

Would not know he missed out us with houses worth less than 500k... To be fair i'm not voting for the kid he had with him who looks like he barley knows how to tie his laces let alone hold any sort of office. Also this kid has his tweets protected so hes not the sort that strikes me as one for debate on issues.

Now now, next SP meeting B&A will be told off again for being mean to the foreign office post seeking MP who accepted the funding for the Link road and then decided for no other reason to back MV:4/5/6/7/8/etc
Can't say I've ever found him that bright when I've met him but I'm afraid I'm under 35 and not quite as much of a sucker.
