Every town fan should be fan of the season. For having to suffer these s**te performances game in game out. Also for having to witness the Ricketts shambolic tactics and team selections.

Everyone in safe standing who's contributed to creating a positive atmosphere from nothing, with only sporadic help from the team on the pitch. Without them, this season would have been even worse.

The 174 at Plymouth for a start. Its easy to support your home town club when they are playing at the Meadow. Anyone that would travel to Plymouth for a Tuesday night game in March however is completely different. Fantastic effort and should be proud.

To cap it all, the M5 was closed between J2 and J1, meaning we had to meander back via Worcester, Kiddie and Bridgnorth. I came through my front door at 03:30.😖

Much to my horror, I encountered thick fog between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth. Made a rotten end to a very rotten day.

At least you saw a goal, Ex! Remember the cold Monday night in Grimsby in the FA Cup. 0 - 0, and we didn't even have a shot on goal! I think there were 75 of us. I believe I rolled in at 3.30. I drove all the way from Shrewsbury to The Caaaastle, and didn't meet another car! Or another spectacular goalless 0 - 0 on a cold Saturday afternoon in Colchester, when neither team had a shot on target. I remember a picture in the Shroppy Star of the 4 of us looking thoroughly miserable and refusing to respect the point.
About a 440 mile round trip.

Did they stand up to milk the applause?

One hopes the mysteriously recently muted ‘bellevuesalopian’ will be along soon to lend their voice in praising what is a very well deserved award.
