Watching the Newport vs Leicester game.
My MOM.
Anyone ever find out why Mellon all of a sudden didn't fancy him after the promotion season?!

The whole Newport team played well today and deserved the win. Well done and congratulations to them.

He seems to be playing as a centre back for them rather than left back as he was for us.
Met him a few times when he played for us and he seemed a genuinely nice guy so it’s good to see him doing well at Newport

I always felt he was treated very shabbily by MM to be honest and am really pleased for him and his success at Newport.

He didnt think he was a league 1 player... a good league 2 player though which has been proven so far to be correct.

He may or may not have been a league one player, we will never know as he never got a chance. He was good enough to play against Chelsea though and, let's face it, the league one ready players weren't much cop anyway.
League one or not, he certainly didn't deserve to be frozen out completely by MM.

Another town cast off Jordan Clark also did well in Accringtons FA Cup win. He has proved himself to be a League One player. Another one Joe Jacobson has done well at Wycombe for a few seasons and now doing it in League One. Wouldn't mind seeing all three playing for town now.
