24 year old defender used to play for Hurst at Grimsby.
Good start!

Would certainly be a commanding presence at the back being 6'4

"TOTO Nsiaia, the big Hartlepool United defender, is on his way to Shrewsbury. Signed in the summer from Grimsby, the centre-half is to be reunited with his old Mariners' boss Paul Hirst at the League One club after the clubs agreed a fee in the region of £25,000. Nsisla has suffered an error-ridden time at the Northern Gas and Power Stadium and has been sent-off twice in 25 appearances, scoring once."
Mmmm perfect fit

Have to trust Hurst's judgement on this one, as looks to be a little left-field when in the midst of a relegation battle. Still, I shan't judge him until I've seen him with my own eyes. Providing he signs, good luck Toto👍🏻

Will be interesting to see if he goes straight into the starting eleven or will be more a squad player?
I hope he can make the step up to league 1 football.

I'm sure the club will be triple checking the paperwork as we speak!

Seems a signing with more than one eye on being in League Two next season, rather than helping preserve our League One status.
Seem to get this every January - hope for positive ambitious signings and we and up with players from lower leagues or ineffective loan players

Been part of 6 clean sheets this season, 7 yellows all last season under Hurst. 14 the season before and a red! 8 in 19 games the season before, 10 in 20 the season before. 11 in 19 in 2011/12. Really not sure about this one, looks to have discipline problems in a squad with similar. Stepping up a division is likely to pressurize him more too so more cards in L1? Really dont want to sound negative but I hope the other signings have better records.

Breaking news...
Central defender gets booked regularly, I'd personally prefer all our defenders to just wave opposing attackers through on goal and never take one for the team. Unbelievable Jeff.

Idiotic response. Glad you like it. Any struggling side in any division picks up more yellows and reds than other teams. Happens when you play against better players most weeks.

At least that's a point rather than the garbage you typed before, very odd thing for you to say that we should give up tackling because one person expresses a reservation about a new player. If you look at the stats, this chap has regularly got yellow cards, in over 50% at some points but mainly around that number in pretty much every season he's played. Consistently, not occasionally. He has more than El-Abd and I thought we would be trying to get away from players with disciplinary issues. If you think he's going to change that then saying so is more constructive I think
