With the injury front looking bad and Mc.Givern suspended it could be a makeshift team for Saturday. To my knowledge Whalley, Grimmer,Lancashire and El-Abd are out injured so my team for Saturday is
1. Leutwiler 2. Riley 3. Brown 4. Smith 5. Sadler 6. Deegan 7. Ogogo 8. Leitch Smith 9. O'Brien 10. Toney 11. Waring
Subs, Halstead, Dodds, Sarcevic, Black, Mangan, E-Blake, Roberts.
Sadler would have to go central defence, Leitch Smith would go right wing, youngster Callum Roberts would be left back sub. Formation would be 4-4-2.

Why play aj on the wing? So many better options. Chouley ? 3 up front? Dodds being tip of a diamond....

Grimmer's was only a 'slight' hamstring apparently, so hopefully that has healed in time for the weekend. Glad there isn't a midweek game this week, as we really would have been struggling then😳.

You have Callum Roberts on the bench not left back. What about Callum Grogan?

Looks a bit desperate that starting eleven. Hurst will need to work miracles to get a positive result out of that lot. Let's hope for the best

It would be good to see what the younger players can do against Telford on Tuesday. One or two could play themselves into the Barnet game

If I were Hurst I wouldn't p**s around with the side against Barnet. He needs to settle on a starting eleven and a set formation else we are not going to get anywhere . Suspensions and injuries obviously need to be taken into account but half of Mellons trouble was that he constantly changed the team . Barnet will be his second game and unforced changes are not what is needed . He needs to settle on a starting lineup quickly , he hasn't got a lot of time to be messing around with the situation we are in . Barnet gives him another opportunity to see his players in a competitive match .
