Some of my colleagues have got pre-match nerves, too! Only it's about the Rugby at THe Millennium Stadium, Cardiff this Saturday - St Helens Saints V Wigan Warriors. When I was in this morning, the school secretary, the headmaster and Ruth who teaches Year 2 were all saying how they felt sick with nerves! (They support Saints.) How stupid is that? FANCY getting yourself in such a state over a match- typical of egg-chasers! (Excuse me while I just rush to the bathroom!)

Hallo Wiggy. Everyone at my school is supporting us Shrews fans during this very, very, long week - we even had a special mention at the Head's Monday morning briefing today Supporting the Shrews is becoming infectious I think and I'm getting more and more frayed as time goes on.

That's great! So is the Head an actual Shrews supporter? I think my school should support Shrews! They have ALMOST the same colours- St Peter's are Blue and Gold- not quite amber but near enough. Their Football team play in shirts like the retro ones that Shakey sells- striped. They're nearly all rugby fans round here- but at least the school staff sympathise! Where are you sitting ssshrew? Hope I get chance to say, "Hello!"

I'm not sure where I'm sitting yet as a friend and member of DRAS collected my tickets for me and I will get them from her at the Supporters Do on Thursday. I'll message you then as I would love to meet you too. Sadly the Head is not a Shrews fan - his team is Ipswich and always has been - he was born there so I can live with that. However, he loves all football and was a Yeovil Season Ticket holder when he lived in Somerset and while they were in the Conference.
He's very good to me and will always give me time off for a match. He was the most supportive of anyone when we were relegated. Had me in and said 'it's like a bereavement and no-one else will understand that' - I thought he was a great guy ever since then.
