I feel like I won't get to Sunday without either medical help or lying in a darkened room for 5 days! and I thought the Exeter game was bad! Any ideas on how to remain calm etc before Sunday.

Stay up all night one night soon and continue through the next day as normal, and you'll be tired for the next few days as you recover and should have no trouble sleeping

Its even worse when you can sleep and have to get up for work at 6.30 Am - i am struggling - all week doing that on less sleep than normal - then a m,ega long and knackering day on Sat in the Chaos Cup and then the most nervous day ever on Sunday - god knows how im going to get into work on Monday should we win

Just drink copious amounts of alcohol between now and sunday. That'll do the trick

Yeah I'm stuggling as well, in fact I'm so tired I misread the title of this thread as "lack of sheep" (not sure what I was expecting when I read it! )

I got given some 'recovery remedy' the label reads 'to comfort and reassure' it works pretty well. Have been using it when stressed over exams but it wasnt til yesterday I realised the ingredients list indicated 240 parts brandy to 1 parts infusion of flowers

I find working till 2:30 am every night is helping me to sleep at the moment. And if things go to plan, I will have so much work on for the rest of the week that I will have to give up sleep for the next week to cope
