So who have you managed to persuade into coming along on Sunday? Me Dad will be there (he's Albion but since he's been taking me to the Meadow he always refers to the Town as 'we'), as will two Stoke City supporters and a Celtic fan...possibility of another Stoke fan and an Evertonian joining the ranks (still some work to be done there though). All, of course, are Stuttgarter Kickers supporters too... ...what other clubs supporters are going to be in and amongst Town fans? Having a look on the Aldershot message board and it seems there going to have a fair bit of support from other Conference clubs...

I'm bringing my stepdad who is a Sunderland fan but has been to the GM on numerous occasions and definitely wants Shrewsbury to win this Sunday, he would even buy a replica shirt but wont pay the £40 for one.

Yep, I dont blame him as they arent worth £40 and to be fair I wouldnt buy a MG Sportswear product myself if they werent Town shirts, I've got a couple of Nike replica shirts, a Adidas one and a few Umbro England replica tops and the MG Sportswear ones are very poor quality compared to those, Stutty you were right

Got me Mar and Par are coming along and the old man isn't noted for attending football matches. He did go to the Telford game and couldn't understand 'why the ball was in the air all the time' I said he would get use to it

I'm taking my mate who's a Norwich fan. We have a reciprocal arrangement- I go to a few Norwich games a season and he comes to see Shrewsbury. So he's probably been to more Shrews games this year than half the fans there.
Luckily he'll be sitting in Block 32, where the hardcore will be, so he'll get a good impression of our support. If I can stop him looking right that is.

Just for J_P. I always check out your board and I've posted here a few times and said I have close ties with Shropshire. I get to see you 2/3 times a season. United and proud (even this season), but will be there on Sunday with 3 others - All United. Some of you may hate us, but there will be four of us , in your end, roaring you back into the football league.

My brother is a Wolves season ticket holder, and will be there, as will plenty of people from the pub who don't normally go to matches. The big difference is that all the people who go occasionally will all be there at the same time. We have turned one Liverpool TV watching fan into a Town regular since the end of last season

my london-type girlfriend's coming. so far this season she's witnessed: 5-0 defeat away to dagenham (what a baptism of fire...) 0-0 draw with chester at home so now she just needs a win to complete the set....that'll do nicely.

I'm bringing me mate to the pub with me. He's Catalan so he doesn't really care about Town although, fair does, he always asks how we're doing. I'm flying the Town flag round Catalunya!
