...is unfounded in my view. (I know this is/was another thread somewhere, but I'm going to bring it up again, sorry).
Whitters is right.
There are 1500 tickets left, and we might get some more if we need them. We've sold 11,500. I can't believe that there are any regular/loyal/usual/away/asfc/season ticket holders/super blues/priority card holders who have not been able to get a ticket, regardless of who was asked to show what card or whether the club changed their plans on sales.
There may be one or two who have not managed to get theirs yet due to very extenuating circumstances, but I fail to see how anything the club has or hasn't done will have made that any worse.
As for car parking tickets - they sold them all, got some more, sold them too have asked for more - what more are they supposed to do??
They've done a damn good job. Leave em alone!
C'MON SALOP!

Correct that no-one should be moaning.
There are obviously points for improvement - e.g. it's not right that someone could use 1 season ticket or priority card for unlimited tickets. That did really make a mockery of the use of season tickets/super blue card/priority cards.
Tickets may as well have gone on general sale immediately.
But this is a unique situation. And the club is pretty clued up on other matters of ticketing policy.
So again, it's not about moaning. It's about putting constructive views together that can either be emailed straight to Judy or put through the ticketing group.

Tickets may as well have gone on general sale immediately. it would only have made a mockery if there had been season/sb/priority card holders who couldn't get a ticket. But with 13,000 tickets that isn't (and was probably never going to be) a problem.

I agree with all that Gareth has to say. The only problems I can see are small ones and can easily be avoided in the future. As it is, we will have more than enough tickets to go around and everyone who wants a ticket will in the end be bale to get one.

Exactly right, Ian. It's a big final and you can't go selling it as one ticket per card or season ticket. I bought eight and I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I will now be sat with friends and my brother and hopefully we'll have a good day and the right result!

Ian, I think a more realistic figure of say a max of 4 per person would have been quite fair.
To stop the whinging, this figure could maybe be pointed out to everyone who signs up for a season ticket / super blues membership. It's always best for people to know in advance to that when they feel the need to complain, you can tell them they had been warned.

Not at all Mr Whitfield. Spot my use of the word 'unlimited' I'd have put it to something like 4/6 per season ticket/priority card. The club should always have been flexible about this as you rightly say, as people want to sit with their friends and family. As I say, not a criticism, but just a suggestion that the club may want to have a policy in place ready for our 3rd division play-off final next year. These really are just 'hindsight' suggestions on my behalf, and also what others are suggesting. Check the messageboards from before tickets went on sale - no one was moaning then, so have no right to moan now.

4 per person is ridiculous, with a 13000 allocation there is no need for a limit
i have tickets for me and everyone i stand with on a Saturday all in a row - thats what its all about.
is there anyone now without a ticket ?

I'm talking about for future games. Imagine if we had got Hereford for example in the final? The place would have been a sell out and some people would have been left disappointed. Its best the club covers their own back so the people who miss out cannot comes out with the 'but he boguht 50 tickets in 1 time, thats terrible' type of whinge.

What I'm saying faginy, is that when they go on General Sale, they can be as many per person as they like. But can anyone argue that it is correct that a season ticket holder can buy 30 tickets (29 of which go to his non-season ticket/priority card holding mates) before a priority card holder can get theirs? Had we only had 9000-10000 tickets (if we'd drawn Hereford for example), then things may have been more interesting. Again, these are suggestions for next time, because plans appear to have worked fine this time!

from what you are saying we should have sold one ticket per season/prority card? surely that would have been overal constritive and people wouldn't have been able to sit with their family/friends and would have been scattered all over the stadium. spot on Ian. my first thought was that i would have to give up my priority card if i wanted to sit with my mates, and i was prepared to do that, as it turns out i was able to buy all the tickets for my mates who wanted to come using my card (9 in total) and therefore not have to sit on my own. everyones a winner. if the number had been limited we would still have been scattered. i think the club got it spot on, and as was mentioned above with 12,000 tickets available i really dont see how anyone serious about going can possibly have missed out (extenuating circumstances excepted)

I find myself on strange ground. I completely endorse everything that welshshrew as said. All in all it's been a top effort by all concerned, however there should be a review afterwards to fine tune matters for future events.

Unlimited sales to priority card holders and season ticket holders isn't a problem. But prioirity card holders should not be competing with the general sale - i.e. priority card numbers need to be recorded.
But at least it's all ticket - which is 100% the correct approach to these big games.

All credit to Judy S and Ian W, who come on here and defend the club they work for in an assertive manner- they are never going to please everybody with ticket arrangements but at least we know they plan things as best as they can in the short time available- but by coming on here we know they are listening and thats a good thing
