During the 70s I had a Stoke City supporting college friend from Market Drayton. When the Town were not playing I would go with him to the old Victoria Ground to watch Stoke. As you probably know the City fans sing the old Tom Jones classic Delilah. Apart from been a good tune it was great fun singing it. Should we sing it next Sunday as a homage to our hosts For those unfamilar with the words her they are, I saw the light glowing as I passed by her window WHHHOOOAAARRR I saw the flickering shadow of love on her blind WHHHOOOAAARRR She stood there laughing.....hahahaha She felt my dick in her hand, and she laughed no more WHHHOOOAAARRR Why Why Why Delilah Why Why Why Delilah So before you come to brake down the door forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take anymore WHHHOOOAAARRR Why Why Why Delilah

I have accompanied SAM to a couple of Stoke games, and it is defo "She felt my dick in her hand, and she laughed no more" Whether we can get some of the more religious B&A to lower themselves to this is another question

Those are the words, it would be quality if we could sing it louder in the Boothen end than the Stoke fans!

I've sang this a fair few times as I've a few mates who are Stokies...I've always sang 'I put my dick in her mouth...and she laughed no more'...
...don't think we should go singing that at Stoke either, mind...lets get our own songs on the go...
Always enjoyed a rendition of Jerusalem me...anyone else? ;D

who cares what the words are, just don't sing it. It's only associated with one team in a football context, and that team aint us. Lets sing our own songs on the day.
