Got my ticket this morning ... fine but
no-one had a seating plan (or so they said) so it is highly likely that all those bought tickets first will be level with the pitch and be able to see bugger all.
How could they not know where the tickets are? Quite unbelievable.
My view is that season ticket holders should have been able to choose where we sat
Views guys ... and check which row u are in - u could have a good view of the linesman's backside!
Disgruntled!!

a season ticket gets you into every home game i don't have have a season ticket but i've been to every home game (spending more money than a s/t holder) and every away game maybe i should have got first pick

Thanks Ant ... yes I saw this before I went!!
Blocks are one thing but ROWS are another -
Know one knew how the rows worked.
Appalling!

Pilch .... my concern is not about priorities here ... it is about being able to know EXACTLY where the seats are how ... how high up or near the pitch.
No-one knew - or claimed not to maybe as they didn't want to faff about with looking through blocks of tickets
Sorry you misconstrued me!

I presume Row 1 starts from the front? Even though at some stadiums it starts at the back.....

That would be my take on it too schizo ....
So those in Row 4 on the half way line, basically will see bugger all
Seating plans with ROWS should have been available - if they have sold them like this - then those who bought first will have the WORST view.
As I said appalling organisation.
Will they let us swap them??

Perhaps they count down from the top though, in which case JP will be watching from on high, and probably catching some racing at Uttoxeter at the same time if he brings some binoculars

Heh, if that was the case...I'm on Row 6, I'd be even higher up and would be star gazing.

I am sure Judy and her team would really appreciate the help Some people amaze me, next you will be wanting the club to pay you £200 for going to the game. Don't like having a pop at other Town fans but the comments you have made show a total lack of understanding of the situation. Sure you would be the first to complain if it took 15 minutes to serve each customer in the queue in front of you. Rant Over.

I do know MartinB that now is a not a time for moaning ... I was at Tamworth away too!
However, I am sure that whatever else I bought for £20 would come with fullinfo - size, colour, make.
Have you ever been for example to Cardiff and sat in the first 10 rows - you can see nothing apart from getting a neck ache watching the big screens.
A seating plan is not, in my opinion, too much to ask for and season ticket holders should have first shot at the better seats - not just be doled out the worst.
I don't have time to help Judy as I work ... and if I was working flogging jumpers with telling customers what size they were buying - guess I wouldn't last long!
Se you in Stoke boys!

Have some sense Cyber - if people knew that they couldn't see the pitch from rows 1 to 6, they wouldn't buy the tickets would they
