Ian, is there any limit on how many tickets people can buy?
i.e. If I have 1 season ticket can I buy 20 tickets?

nice one whits. do you reckon block 31 will be sold out by sunday? i suppose so at this rate. me and me dad are going to get ours then, so will probably end up sitting in another block....  , but with a touch of  as we are going to the playoff final! |

if you've got on in 29 be happy, it's a good ticket near the centre circle.
if you have a season ticket/super blues you can buy as many as you like within reason.

im sure if you said to some one we have plenty left but we have to go upstairs and get them they would wait - it seems that this was not passed on and people were told that 31 was all gone completly

Iain - i know there doing there best But to have told people to buy tixs in another section when there were 500+ tixs where they wanted still left is a bit harsh on people who after the anounsment of the block 31 thing have been looking forward to it now have diffrent tixs in another block . Im sure that the rest will go much smoother |

Bit of a shame having been looked forward to being in the b+a block to find out that they've sold out (at 10.30 am!!!!!!!!) and been forced to buy them in a different block only for the club to annouce they still have 500 tickets left for the b+a block a few hours later  |

Absolute Shambles!!!! How hard can it be to inform the people on the desk exactly how many tickets are left. Ant goes to the trouble of getting something like this sorted out and then it all goes belly up. There is no excuse and people now are going to be sitting where they dont want to be and it could so easily have been avoided. Not Happy |

Having been down there for a good half hour or so this morning I can assure you all that it is chaotic down there. Phones are non stop, there are tickets everywhere (all put out into the separate blocks) and the staff are run off their feet. They are doing an excellant job under difficult circumstances. Judy has had to go to Stoke today so it is just the reception staff coping. Chris Jarrett was superb sorting things out for me and has swapped over the ASFC Block 29 tickets for the Block 31 we asked for.   Well done all keep up the good work. |

I think the club deserves a pat on the back here. Things aren't running smoothly but all things considering they do seem to be coping well.
If you were told the B&A block was sold out and bought tickets elsewhere please give the club a ring on 01743 360 111 and see about swapping your tickets for some in the B&A block.

Ambernector, if you think it so shambolic why don't you go and offer your services to help.  The club are dealing with 12,000 tickets here. They do not have the manpower to cope with such demand at once. Give them some credit and get off their backs. Mistakes happen. The club have been excellant in looking after the regular away travellers this season, and it has been a breath of fresh air. I have had nothing but excellant service in looking after the ASFC away group all season long in what has been a hard and trying season as far as all ticket games go. |
